Good morning guys I was a customer today at the Harris County courthouse annex number three I was doing some title work for my car and the lady who greeted us was very welcoming and very nice and helped us out with every form that we needed and also once we got to our teller who was on number eight today, August 1, 2025 her name is Desiree And she was just such a blessing and a delight to work with. This is the third time that we’ve worked with her and she does not cut no corners. She does everything by the book, but she does do everything that she can to help you in the correct way and honestly with the alternative lifestyles that my husband and I Display a lot of people give us a side eye or the casual rolling of the eyes just a constant disrespect, but not with her she looked at us directly in the eyes and smiled and was pleased to help us. She was just the sweetest person ever, and we couldn’t be more grateful to be coming to a courthouse and to feel welcoming the way that we did today now I’m not saying that we wanna come to the courthouse anymore other than titled Stuff but I just wanted to get a bag. Hooray and a big congratulations to Desiree you were really a pleasure to work with again thank you so much. I really hope that your supervisors do this and they see that they have a great employee in their hands. I hope that in the future, I see you in a more advance place in your workplace because you deserve it you have the people skills and you do things the right way and that it’s hard to come by nowadaysso thank you for being everything and more that we needed this morning. ✨♥️ The service fast and friendly. I came for a copy of my birth certificate. The service person was very efficient, and friendly. I met so many amazing, kind, polite, respectful people here today, including Kairos and Blanca 🫶🫶, two other citizens receiving services here, and multiple people who greeted me with kind words and a smile. 🌝 It seems when we make even the most minimal effort to connect with one another and speak, with dignity and respect, it turns out so fulfilling and amazing 🫂. All we have to do is try. Take care of one another. Be kind. We are united as ONE (WeR1) humanity, through eternal L♥️VE, forever and always. 💝🫂🫶

My Harris County Clerk office (on Will Clayton) erands included correcting my marriage license (DOB), getting a certified copy of my marriage license, getting a keepsake marriage license, and filing a copy of my DD214. Ms. Natasha Walker was knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt on all my requested services.

I was in and out in 10 minutes. The lady was nice , quick and efficient. I couldn’t believe it!!! After reading all these awful comments I was truly surprised .

I just don’t understand why their phone never works! Why do I have to get into my vehicle and drive there just to ask a simple question that could have been answered over the phone!

Pretty helpful although they could not take care of my issue but that was because the spelling was incorrect. They did answer quickly only a 1 minute wait.

They are very good at ignoring people, especially when they realize you have an accent, they think you’re the root cause of all their everyday problems. I went there to gather info about birth certificates, they were all rude to me from the manager to the bottom employee. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They all look mean and mad at first sight, and when you actually talk to them you realize they actually are. That place needs better people to take care of tax payers. I have been there couple of times, same treatment that’s why I decided to write this review. They don’t deserve my 1 star, I would have given them -10 star if I had that option.Shame on rude people in public service especially with the managers involved.

Before you go inside they ask why you are there and if you have the right documents, which at first you figure it's so you don't waste your time. After an hour of waiting for them to go through 10 people you then go up to the window and they tell you you are missing something... maybe put someone more qualified at the door... or maybe everyone understands the necessary paperwork differently. The service was extra slow, as mentioned before they went through 10 people in an hour but once it came to closing time aka time for them to go home they started going through people like an efficient chic fil a drive thru. Moral of the story go 15 minutes before they close so you can get fast and efficient service since they are also trying to go home themselves. I'm sure they don't care about reviews because afterall it is a government job and you can't go to the competition to get the necessary service done but at least act like you have some sense of urgency.

I went here to get a marriage license for me and my fiance. There system and everything is phenomenal. I was in and out in under 30 minutes give or take. The personnel were extremely professional and knew what they were doing.
