DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IS YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE!!!!
So we come to this location because we need an Oil Change. My Husband usually uses Take 5, different locations. We stop at this location on West Lake Houston. We pull up to the bay, all the bays are full and there is a line of at least 2 cars in all 3 lanes. We pull behind a car being serviced. We look up and that car is about to be down and drive off. Then this employee comes out and asks us what we want. We of course asked for the oil change. He then tells us we have to back up so another car in the next bay can take our spot. Like, what? We felt prejudiced against us because the white lady in the other lane called him over to complain. Prejudiced in plain sight, out in the open.
