I went in today looking for a engagement ring. First time ever so i have no idea what Iâm actually looking for or at. Maria helped me out the whole time and i couldnât of have asked for any other person to help me out with this life changing experience of choosing a ring. She never forced anything on me and made sure i was well informed on everything as far as the diamond pricing insurance ect. Such a good time and overall 10/10 customer service thanks to Maria!

They were my first stop, and their attention to detail, customer service, and education on what im purchasing absolutely put them in a league of their own. Other retailers could not even show me the ring in a diamond room. I appreciate their care for the process and helping me feel valued as much as the jewelry I purchased!

While their in store service is good donât EVER get their credit card! They are a horrible credit card company. We got their credit card with âno interestâ for 1 year and ever since our first statement they had been charging me interest rate. But the time I knew about it they wouldnât even give me an answer or resolution. I made a payment to fully pay my bill and they didnât take the money out when I scheduled it and when they finally decided to take it out there wasnât enough funds, because I had thought they had already taken it out! So now they are charging me a late fee and I had no idea. The only reason I found out is because side I got a statement saying Iâm late on my payment! The guy, Juan, that I spoke to was rude and dismissed my concerns and sighed every time I complained. And then he just said was their anything else he can help me with when I wasnât done speaking my concerns. So I just hung up. Iâll never ever deal with them again!

The customer service at this location is top tier. We hadn't been back since covid. So we went to get my ring cleaned and the guy was like look like you haven't had your ring serviced, would you like me to do that also. I was like sure. I'm so blessed to have this service preformed, because my diamond came out upon him servicing it. We were at the right place at the right time. The guy said let me send this off and we will get everything back like new. They kept us updated. And when I went to pick it up it was like new, no dings just perfect.
I really want to say thank you.

Maria and Matthew were very professional. They took their time explaining the quality and pricing in detail. I fell absolutely in love with a ring and they both explained all options I had in order to purchase the ring, have it sized and when it would arrive for me to pick up. My fiancĂ© wasnât with me because he works 8 hours away. They allowed me to make multiple calls to him as I was shopping without making me feel uncomfortable. I am extremely satisfied with Helzberg at Deerbrook mall!

Love ! They always have heart items great quality but best of all great customer services. Ms. Maria is so kind and helpful and friendly she deserves a raise and acknowledge because anytime we call she takes her time to answer our questions even if there is something I do not agree with or understand and I may be frustrated she doesnât give attitude she explains everything so you understand. She has definitely made my experience with the jewelry store pleasant and increased my desire to return for future purchases. Brandi was also very kind and helpful.

The shopping experience with Halzberg Jeweler was great! The staff that worked that day 8.9.24 evening shift (Brandi Bonner and Maria Magueyal) were so sweet, helpful and kind to me and my husband. I brought in a picture of a ring that I desired. They immediately showed me a ring that was almost exactly the same as the one on the picture. When I saw it, it stole my heart. I applied for the Halzberg credit card and was able to leave with my ring the same day! Shortly after, I had arrived, they saw I was perspiring from the walk in the mall. They offered me some water then got a fan for me, to cool me down. I was so happy. My husband came in with me. They gave him a seat to set down. He had open heart surgery 3 weeks ago and the walk was to much for him. They provided him a wheel chair with security guard to push him for me back to the car. They have compassion and concern for their customers needs. I'm really glad I came to Halzberg for the wedding ring that I will wear for the rest of my life. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience. You were unforgettable. I will recommend eveyone, even my family. I miss you already!!!
