Equipment rental department is not very helpful. Quick to charge slow to help you. I would recommend you use another retailer to rent carpet cleaning or yard equipment.

They jam so much product into aisles that God forgive if there is a fire or emergency, especially if you are disabled. I stopped going there anymore because of this and shop at Lowes or Ace instead.

Rude lazy employees. Nancy of congress to get a live person on the phone. I needed help with a light bulb but an odd size bulb the rep told me I needed an electrician. Where do they get these lazy idiots !!!! I’m going to Huffman hardware at least they use their brains

I dealt with Paul in the rental dept. Extremely rude and no customer service skills. Waited 20 minutes while he went outside. Came back inside and told me "it's going to be while". No prob, but at least apologize for the wait. He also could have acknowledged me when he went outside and said he would be right with me. You're by yourself, so I understand there will be a wait, just show a little customer service. You're in retail!

I didn’t like how we went to self check out and we were the only customers that got so much help… but none of the other customers that had more than us didn’t …. I wonder why??
