Even as cluttered as Hot topics are this store was very clean and organized. You didn't really feel like you had to squeeze through like I've seen in other hot topics. The employees were extremely friendly and super helpful. Definitely makes you want to go back to this store.

I was in the store when the mall went on lockdown and I want to thank the staff that was there because they locked up the store and got the few remaining customers to a back room and locked the door so we would be safer. They were professional and were awesome. They didn’t panic and put everyone’s safety first. Y’all were awesome and I wish I knew the names of the staff because it was kinda crazy but thanks for being calm. It helped keep my preteen and her friends that were with me from being scared in a scary situation. Y’all rock!!!

Took my daughter here to pick up a shirt she ordered. The staff was really attentive and overall really nice people! My daughter is only 10 and got to put in her first online order and they treated her like they would any other customer! It was great!

Today I went to this mall and this HotTopic for the first time and I loved the great variety of things and as always, looking for DC Comics items, to my pleasant surprise I found a funko exclusive to these stores that I had not seen in other HT's and how almost always, I was able to get a 30% discount so I bought it at an excellent price... the girls who work there were very kind, I'll be back

Took my aunt for a fun shopping day at the mall. Visted hot topic and everyone there was super nice(Brianna our cashier) ((and other lady that I didn't get the name of took her time showing us every makeup pallet since they have to lock them up now)), store was really clean and haven't been there in a while so I forgot all the stuff they had there! Def returning soon!

Daughter loves everything aliens, she found the most awesome alien cardigan for 30% off. We even got an Olivia Rodrigo t-shirt for like $6, definitely will beat the concert price of atleast $50. They are having alot of after holiday sales!
