Wish I could give zero stars because I was never helped in the first place. I went in as a walk in first, then was told to make an appointment online so I did. Twice I went to the office for different locations and neither one of them helped at all and I had an appointment! There was only a receptionist at the desk, wasn’t even tax people. I guess no one wants to talk to you in person anyone they suggested I just drop off my papers. That’s why I made an appointment to see an actual human! Again I wish I could give zero stars!

Yanaris Lopez was so great in the Humble location. I gave her a tough task of fixing my taxes from last year but she was able to work with me and get me back my highest refund to date! I was very thankful to have her help with my personal and business taxes and had a sense of relief when I left.

Preparer didn't ask any additional questions to get me the most deductions. I could have entered the documents on my own using software. I went to H&R for a professional that had insight that I didn't, this was not the case.
