Manager is rude. Screaming as to why I wad in the lobby and it's their lunch. I asked what time is your lunch? She said she wasn't going to tell me that. I arrived before 1pm. Someone got up from the desk and disappeared so they wouldn't wait on me. After waiting more than an hour and 10 minutes. I finally accessed the lobby to get my unit inspected. I was responding to the letter, that was emailed stating an inspections take place before the 17th. The letter didn't indicate lunch hours. She needs another job, or hospitality classes.

This is a horrible storage they close early for the last two weeks around 530 but the company close at 6 that is false advertising I get off work at 5 I been in front of the store at 530 they put up a sign for 30 mins the try to walk out at 6pm do not recommend no one use this storage.False advertising can lead to a in lawsuit and there is two people working there is no excuse

Im a current customer, and refer people here all the time. I had an issue with ants sharing my storage with me (right at the entrance). They took care of EVERYTHING. Gave me a new box, Exterminated the ants immediately. I was in a new unit within minutes. Melanie/Melody Very Sweet Girl. ❤️.

Run, run, run, run, run. Please run. Don’t believe any review that say this place is a good place to use.
I’m so hurt they stole all my things.
Please DO NOT RENT UNIT from them. Unless you are going there daily to check on your belongings.
I rented from here for two years from June2023-June 2025. Placed all of my belongings into this storage thinking my things would be safe. 80 inch tvs, surround sound system, clothes, shoes, and more. I have videos of all my things that I placed in the storage and photos and videos of how my storage looked before I placed 2 locks on it in October of 2023. Went to clean my storage out June 1st 2025. And everything I and my kid own was gone. Talked to the manager Lauren and Lisa before them the lady name was Julie. I told them that I haven’t been to my storage since October of 2023. They can check by the usage of my gatecode provided. And still got no resolution besides her wanting me to file a claim. If I could afford a lawyer I would sue this company.
Because we work hard for our things just for someone to steal them while paying for a storage that’s supposed to safe. They do not care about their customers. Then they had the nerves to send me a bill for $334.00 because I did not remove the washer, dryer and bbq pit. I told the lady y’all stole everything else so yall can just have that too. I paid them faithful for 2 years. They not trying to reimburse me any of money or replace my things. The claim process wants receipts for all items stolen. Even it they were purchased years ago. Who keeps receipts that long. The place is a whole scam to steal your things and money.

I went to check on my unit Tuesday and again today to discover still no air. This have been going on for a while I was told on Tuesday with no notice from the facility of a broken or malfunction A/C. I am paying for a Climate Controlled unit and the A/C inside the building should be working. It felt like 90 degrees inside I had to stop putting things up because I started to feel dizzy. I would like to hear from a representative in charge via my email on file this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Love how easy it is to get around and to store my belongings into my unit. The price is way cheaper than any other storage units that I’ve looked at. I would 10/10 recommend storing here.
