Called to ask a few questions since I’ve always filed on my own and wanted to go somewhere this year because I needed the help with it . Lady was so rude . I called H&R Block and lady answered what I needed to be answered and now I’m with H&R Block now filing … Jackson Hewitt is just ran down with employees who don’t want to work . Guess that’s what I get for trying go somewhere where there inside a damn walmart
