Go to any other JA instead of this one. Just left bc the gray hair old lady is rude. She just doesn’t want to work and basically shoooed me away. She needs more customer training rude ol bitty! She la lucky I had patience today. First and last time at this location. Go to Kingwood or summerwood location because this one is not it. No wonder there’s never anyone here 😆

Ordering online for curbside pickup is a waste of time. I ordered today, and when I arrived, I called to have my item brought out. However, because it was cloudy, they claimed they couldn't come out due to the weather; I had to go inside. I told them it wasn't raining, but they said that's what they were told. Curbside pickup is supposed to be convenient for the customer, as far as I'm aware, not the employee. If it were pouring rain, it would be understandable, but when I arrived, it was only cloudy. I spoke with the manager; she said she knew nothing about them telling me they couldn't bring it outside and apologized. She said that, for the record, if it were raining, they wouldn't send anyone out because they have no carport. If that's the case, they need to build one or not offer the service. I was very disappointed with the employees' phone etiquette. I've always held James Avery in high regard.

I went a couple weeks ago and I don't understand how your employees don't know their own bracelets. I've had my bracelet for over 10yrs. It was one of the first bracelets yall had. My aunt used to work there and she still remembers this bracelet being the first ones. So I wanted to put my charms on and yall told me my bracelet was a fake. But the charms are real. They said mine was light and yalls was heavy. Your employees tried to compare my bracelet to show me that the bracelets were different. Of course both bracelets are going to be different from now then from 10yrs ago. Yall need to take quizzes so yall can know your bracelets. I won't be going back to a place that don't know their own bracelet.

Love coming to this location! It’s about a 15 minute drive from my house and always looking forward in having Lizbeth help me. She is the definition of AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !

It's always something different with these people.. honestly why work in customer service if you don't want to deal with customers. Bad experience learned my lesson and won't be going back.

I should have read the reviews before visiting this location. The service here was trash! I went in excited to buy a birthday gift and came out praying for patience! This is ridiculous and should be addressed by now with the amount of bad reviews posted already.

Every time I visit this store it is disappointing. I greet the workers nicely and they are not friendly or welcoming whatsoever. They are rude and do not communicate well. Please improve the customer service and be kinder to people.

Horrible customer service every time I come into this store the employee’s are very rude, and an employee today felt the need to make a rude comment as I was walking away. employees need better training this was unacceptable never coming back to this location.
