UpdateThey are moving! Everything is on sale now. You can't use coupons or other discounts. FYI. They will be in new location by May 2023. Still great people. Going to be moving on up to a better place!This is my local store, and I am her A LOT. The ladies that work there are always friendly. Some are not as fast at cutting fabric as I would want, but they are all endearing. The reason I gave it 4 stars is for the actual store. It is not that big. It does not have the variety other joanns has. It is an old building, kind of out of the way.

The new store is large and amazing. Definitely a huge upgrade from the previous. However, my complains are the sense of urgency. When fabric is on sale you would expect a lot of employees helping. But no, you can be waiting awhile. Then at the cash wrap, there is no sense of urgency in getting people checked out. I’ve worked in retail, and the last thing you want is a line of impatient people ready to just throw their stuff down and walk out. And they won’t open a second register unless the line is in the flowers! Please do better!

Joan’s has really come together with their merchandise and atmosphere design! I love this new store.Only downside is, everyone I asked around for location of certain things they did not know where anything I was asking for was. Some did not even know some basic crafts that I even spoke about.Just pointed and told me and it was not even there but on the other side of the store.And then my son and myself asked if they had any thumb tacks/tacks of any kind and then only to be told by *multiple* employees that they don’t sell that at Joan’s.I found it by myself in three different locations in the store.Little frustrating with the employees and even needing some organizing in various departments.Hopefully this store will get itself adjusted in time!

What is the point in putting yourself on a list to cut your fabrics when the sales rep skips you because you have too many (7pcs) of fabric and the person behind you only has one piece ( did not even put her name on the list). She didn’t even ask me if it was ok. She even assumed I wasn’t ready which I was?. Horrible customer service. Won’t be going back.

This was my first time at Joann’s. I placed an order online. I went in to pick it up. It was a sign that said pick up online orders here. I followed the directions on the app and let them know I was here. I waited and was never acknowledged by anyone. When I finally asked how long does it take to pick up an order the lady at the register rudely replied that I needed to get in line. It came off as why wouldn’t you know that? Maybe because nothing directed me to. Needless to say she was very off putting to me. I’ll continue to shop at Michael’s. Wasn’t very welcoming at all. Sucks I was excited about visiting for the first time and was going to look around some more after I received my initial order. Nevermind…

I stood at the cutting table waiting for quite a while when the employee was just chatting it up with her friend, fully aware that I was there waiting on her. When she finally ended her conversation, she helped me, she seemed annoyed that I wanted some fabric cut. The only person who was nice to me was the elder lady at the register.

The store is clean and large. However, customer service today at the cashier check out area was less than to be desired. Another shopper skipped the line. I asked the cashier, Ariadne, where the line starts. They looked at me and did not respond when I first asked them about it all while thr line jumper laughed. After I asked if they heard me, they annoyingly stated the line starts where I had been standing. Disappointed in the service I received today.

New location near Deerbrook is large and beautiful. Awsome selections. However 15 people waiting in checkout line with a single, as in one, very slow cashier made us drop our items and walk out without making our purchase. Management must keep an eye out to ensure shoppers don't spend more time in the checkout line, than they did in shopping.

It's a beautiful store. Love the new location. Eight picture frames were priced at 1.47 per their sticker but tang up as 7.47 at the register. The manager acknowledged it was their fault for mispricing them but would not honor the price they labeled them as. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and honoring their labeled prices. One is a mistake. 8 different frames in various styles is not a mistake.

I went to JoAnn's today and was very pleased with the fabric selection. The lady who cut my fabric was very personable. I would also like to give kudos to the cashier, Leah. She was super sweet and got us checked out quickly. I will definitely be back.

Depends what type of crafts you are looking for. They do have a wide variety but not all crafts have a wide selection. Like their glitter options are lacking. I wasn't too impressed with their sticker selections and their floral are eh.I do love their customer service though. All their employees are always friendly and so willing to help.
