we came in looking for some shoes for my little niece one of the employees a young lady I believe her name was Lorraine was very helpful and patient. Great customer service on her part would definitely enjoy coming here again.

Went into journey's for the first time today. Grey assisted me in finding the shoes I needed. I was in, and out. Shay was also friendly, and helpful. Will be returning!

Johnathan was amazingly helpful and gave great customer service. I had a return/exchange, I had lost my receipt, he helped me recover the receipt by my email and helped me get the correct size I needed. This is my 3 time using this store I have never had a bad experience. Great store!!!
