I'm getting less and less confident in this store with their high prices and digital coupons which are a true pain. The cashier's need to be trained on how to ring up the digital coupons...I'm getting tired of being overcharged for products I have coupons for.

Lady in the front by the self checkout is such a helpful and nice lady ms Kristin I believe is her name is really nice helpful lady that deserves a big raise!!! The guy at night with long hair is nice n helpful aswell both deserve raise

The store is disgusting fruit flies everywhere in produce and expired lunch meat and cheese by the deli. They do not rotate stock. Always check the expiration dates when buying milk, cheese, meat, ETC. Always long lines to check out. This used to be my store of choice but not anymore.

Melissa In the bakery is AMAZING!!
I was scrambling trying to find my daughter cupcakes for her birthday party in class and was just getting random ones at this point and she saw me staring at the cupcake section trying to just find something random. She came up to me and offered to make some on the spot! She asked about my daughter and what she likes and make some for me right there! Her customer service is unmatched!! I’m sure I looked like a panicked mom but she definitely saved the day!! THANK YOU!!

I usually have no issues at this store! Pharmacy staff and Kristen in self checkout are excellent. Meat department is very good as are most of the stockers.
Unfortunately I needed to use the deli counter today, which was staffed by only 1 person. That person was on break. The nice young lady in the bakery paged for the manager TWICE, but no one showed. Most of the rotisserie chickens were not time stamped, as usual. Which is why I don't buy them anymore.
Are you trying to send loyal customers to the new HEB store?

I have shopped this store since 2010 l was in the store this morning around 10:30am there was 2 young ladies walking in the store with 2 dogs and they was not service animals 1 was a pit bull why wasn't a manager or employee taking action I will never shop that store again it is going down hill and manager doesn't seem to care if someone was bitten by these dogs Kroger would have a big lawsuit on them

This store is weird. The Check Out lanes, Kroger has blocked the check lanes with a cases with bottled drinks. You can no longer place your cart at the beginning of the moving belt. You have to come in at an angle and it gets a bit constricted and you have to reach over to get things in the back of the cart. Obviously, they don't care about being making thing easy for customers. Hey Siri, give me a route to HEB.
