Had an oil leak after I left that I didn’t have before. Took it back an told the tech that I had a leak, with pictures, from the O ring from the oil filter. After a brief discussion that he didn’t do anything with the O ring, he finally replaced it. He did not wipe up the oil spray on my oil filter housing, or on the area of the engine where it dripped on. I do not know if he topped off my oil as all he told me was he changed the O ring. Not very customer centric at all, and I’m assuming the manager was not there as I would have thought someone might come and talk to me about my experience, let alone apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back. My only saving grace was I had an appointment to have my transmission fluid drained and replaced, and they were the ones that spotted the leak, or else I would still be driving around with a seal that was not sealed. I am still not 100% sure the leak is stopped, as there is a small amount of oil on my garage floor now. I don’t know if it is residual oil that is dropping from the leak or if the O ring is still not seated correctly. I am monitoring the situation closely.
This is my local take 5 shop and have been there several times and never had an issue. Now I’m scared to go back there in the future for fear of this repeating. At least I have 5000 miles before I have to worry about changing oil change places.
It has been 72 hours and I’m still getting a slow leak.
That is your best response? If there is anything specific you can do to improve future visits? How about correcting my current visit and start off by apologizing and tell me to bring my car in as soon as possible so you can rectify this error? My oil was not leaking before I had you can my oil, and now it is. What is the common theme here? I am totally disgusted with this response and lack of ownership and responsibility. This is unacceptable, and you will not be getting any more of my repeat business.

Once in the bay we waited over 45 minutes. No one explained the extended wait time prior to entry and the two technicians that were inside the bay working were moving very slowly with no sense of urgency and/or customer service.
I’m assuming they were short staff, but not once was this communicated with us, for we stoped on our way to Dallas and were on a time restraint.
Just overall poor experience.

I went there Tuesday for an oil change. They said l needed an air conditioner filter. They showed it to me. I said ok. Then it was my radiator needed to be drained and new anti freeze. I refused that. So l left after the oil change and air filter and drove straight home. Yesterday l drove to The Woodlands and on the way my car felt like it was not getting gas. I got in my car to come home and it took several times to get it to start (never had that before) then my check engine light came on. So l drove to a mechanic in Huffman and he tested the car. It showed air mass sensors. He ordered them. My car would not start. I had to leave it overnight and l returned today to find that they put the filter in incorrectly and smushed it down so the air was not flowing properly. He put in a new one and retested and it is fine. You can’t get them in the phone. It goes to a call center. They won’t give you the local number and the phone message is full. My bill there was $148 and to get it straight was &196.47. Do not use this place. I am 75 years old and they screwed me. Why? 3 men under the hood and they could not put a filter on correctly. I have the time and energy to get this resolved and l will. I repeat do not use this place!

Are my last oil change my oil filter was after market. This caused my engine to shut down. I have asked your company to reimburse me for the repair bill in full. I have been told that a decision has not been issued yet. How long should I expect to wait for said decision? You have all of my contact information , so please let me know just as soon as possible.

Oil change... given a car to use after sudden loss of husband and everything is lighting up! The young men were compassionate, and didn't try to upsell on anything! Truly grateful and really needed that yesterday. Everything was going wrong that morning. And totally dreaded another expense.

I chose this location since I believed them to be the one who would complete an oil service with the best results. I based that on a previous experience about a year ago when I stopped by to get my tire pressure checked without any hastles.
And I was very pleased with the outcome...thanks!
