I expected more from La-Z-Boy. I ordered two recliners in July 2023. I never received a call about delivery. I called the Humble store and was told I had to contact customer service. 8+ weeks later I finally got my chairs. One chair was not working upon delivery. I have been fighting to get it repaired since October 2023. Two repair appointments have been scheduled and La-Z-Boy has canceled or not shown up as expected. I would never recommend La-Z-Boy because the customer service is terrible. The stores are unhelpful after they take your money. Very disappointed.

We wanted recliners, and Joe Herbert sales consultant answered all of our questions. Guided us through the huge variety of fabrics leathers and less bulky styles in their store. We found our recliners had them delivered yesterday, September 9,2023. WE love them. The colors were perfect for our new look. So now a new Sofa lol. Thank you, Mr. Herbert, for your help and kindness during our tierless search for the perfect recliners!!!!

I love Lazy Boy. I have 5 of their recliners and just bought another one. Great service and great salesmen. I would not buy any other recliners.

On April 24, 2021 I paid $960.80 (50%) towards a special order love seat. I was told it would take 4 to 6 months to be completed, with 6 months being the longest time it would take. It's been almost 11 months now and they will not tell me when it will be delivered, they cannot provide any information on the status and they are telling me they will charge 50% of the total sale (1921.60) if I cancel the order. They will not refund my payment of 960.80. How can they take my money and not provide the product or give me any information about when my order will be delivered? I have given them plenty of time to deliver my loveseat. Now I just want my original payment back.

Personel at this store is amazing. They are friendly and knowledgeable in what you they have in store. READY TO HELP?.Always seen TV commercials about this store and but never cared for them. My husband decided to check them out just to see what they offer. I am glad I tagged along. I fell in love with some pieces and brands.check them out?

Weak customer service at BEST. Sales man was rude, demeaning and very unprofessional. Didn’t have time for the customers and there were only 3 in the store. Had questions about fabric styles but he didnt have time to help us out. He lost a sale on two pieces of furniture and lost future sales at that store.Will never go back to be treated like that again.I questioned if one chair was leather or not because there was NO tag explanation of fabrication. He said “I know it’s leather!”In sales, ‘the customer is always right’ did not apply with this salesperson.He was worse than a 70s used car salesman in the remarks and comments he made to the customers in the store.Run DONT walk away from the Humble La-Z-Boy store and never waste your money with them!

I received excellent service from Mark Saranie. I had been looking and wanting a new recliner but not sure about style and color. Mark had great patience with me and I found exactly what I wanted ... style and color. Not only did I buy 1, but 2. I also found a sofa I plan to get as well. I highly recommend Humble La-z-Boy Home Furnishings for your next purchase.
