Did not accept my insurance and accused me of trying to use someone else’s credit card because it didn’t have the same last name. I got married! Very rude staff and judgmental. Go to Quest, they accepted my insurance and let me use my credit card to pay the rest with no issues.

The kiosk made it so easy to check in as a walk in appointment. I was a walk in expected to wait I was back within 3 mins. Tera was professional and explained everything I needed to do very thorough and was so friendly. She was so personable and made me feel comfortable. I was in and out so quickly it made my day. Thank you guys for being so amazing ?!

They have no front desk staff and do not answer the phone when you call. There is no human available to assist with checkin on a device they don’t know how to use and the staff speaks rudely to the patients. They have no restroom and the place smells horrid. Lab corps as a company needs to just be shut down as they are all garbage. From the staff wasting the companies income by not being there to do their job, to the uncleanliness of the facilities and for its total money focus and lack of patient focus.

Used to have good experiences in the past. This time it was difficult to get an appointment. Had to wait after being skipped by two people. They said it was mistake.

Long wait, unfriendly staff. Not helpful. Enjoy Even if you need to ask a question you have to check in at kiosk. They can't do 2 things at once. No one ever stick their head out in the lobby only when they call another name which seems like forever

I had to go and do a pre employment drug screen at the Humble location. I was in and out. The tech was super nice, and fast.

This place is the worst. NO ONE answers phones and scheduling an appointment is POINTLESS. Hire more people or stop having so much availability!!!! Always a waste of time here

This location does not honor appointments. I had an appointment for 9:45 AM and they didn't call me in until 10:45 AM.

The 3 staff members who were in the clinic today were very rude. Making an appt is useless. I still had to wait a very long time after they sent me a text stating they were ready for me. One of the staff members didn’t even know what she was doing and ended up having another staff member assist me. They either were not wearing name tags or the name tags were flipped so you couldn’t identify them. I wouldn’t want to be identified either if I acted like that. DO NOT come to this location. Drive 15 minutes down the road if you absolutely have to go to Labcorp. I won’t be going back there.

Was just told the student learning here was more important than the patient needing assistance from their advocate to understand follow up procedures. Very rude behavior.

Highly recommend making an online appointment before going. My husband and I were in and out in 30 mins. Chuck was very nice and had the best personality. He made us feel comfortable and also recommended some great date night spots. This will be the only lab corp I return to in the future. Thanks again Chuck!!
