Don't show up 30min before closing. They won't stitch you a hat. Even though there was no one in the store. Buy the hat from them and pay the guy in the kiosk on the first floor to stitch it. He's actually open til 8.

Sadly I couldn't find a hat I wanted they had a nice selection of hats just couldn't find one that caught my eye and they made sure to keep a certain amount of ppl in the store at a time so it wouldn't get crowded in there. Good job lids for keeping it safe for y'all and customers.

Store was packed, only one sales person on shift which is crazy! Embroidery took a little longer since Juju was the only one there but she managed! Props to her! Handled BUSY store, long check out line, customer request and embroidery orders! I appreciate her customer service!

Went in to buy a new hat, over all it was ok. My problem came in when I asked the guy at the embroidery machine about getting some hats made for my company it was like I was a waste of his time.
