I've had my things in a climate controlled space for four years now and I've had no issues. My rate has increased many times, and as long as I call they will usually work with me on the price. I wish they would email when your rate will increase instead mail only-I'm usually out of town and don't notice until later. The staff has been nice and I'll continue to keep my things here :)

Our lock was broken and our belongings were stolen out of our unit. Management unwilling to help. Do NOT store your things here if you’d like to keep them.

The process of renting a storage unit on line was very quick and easy. Everything went very smoothly. Prices on line are very good. The facility is very clean. Easy access and the hours are very good. I've used Extra Space Storage before. I totally recommend them for all your storage needs.
