Sevala is amazing! She helped me with a banner that way exceeded expectations for Cub Scouts of Atascocita Pack 56. Time was very limited on getting the banner made and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied! Thank you so much!

INSANELY Rude owner, she was upset that i parked infront of her store, when google says she is closed. She did this infront of a customer with a child. which was insanely unprofessional.
She tried to enforce a sign that isn’t enforceable by law. Seen this company has many reviews for this as well. She also was mad that her hours are incorrect on google maps.
If you don’t want this issue update your google maps, don’t be ignorant and rude.

Sevala and her team are stellar! They always go above and beyond for our plumbing company in Humble. T-shirts, business cards, vinyl projects, pens, postcards, etc. Phillip came out today for our install and I was more than impressed. They remain consistent and we appreciate and enjoy working with Lone Star Mailing and Printing!

I came to the right place for my needs. I needed flyers printed. My flyers had errors, the owner of the shop corrected errors and made changes that only benefited me!! Very very helpful and friendly!! I recommend this buisness to anyone who wants real service. Also, I ordered a feather flag and the turn around time was quick.

I attempted to do business here on several occasions, and every time I tried, on my first visit to inquire about getting printing and book binding done, the owner came running out of the store and screamed at me that I couldn't park in the designated spot for the use of customers for this location. She literally screamed at me and threatened to call the cops, she told me to move, and she scared me, so I went to Office Depot near by instead. Over the course of other attempts to visit this location, I encountered very, very rude employees that have also screamed, and I mean, full level screaming, not just a raised voice, for being there, the place stinks of smoke, and I witnessed an employee swearing excessively at another CUSTOMER for showing up late when picking up their stuff/order. The most unprofessional business I have ever seen in my life. If you have children, do not bring them near here. I have also witnessed the owner and employees screaming at other employees and customers of other businesses within the same plaza. The last time I attempted to visit this store, the same woman and two men that have all screamed at me to leave were all just standing outside of the front door and glaring at anyone that attempted to approach them or the door. I have also seen them run out if the location at 10 PM, after they've closed, to run people out of their parking spot. I have spoken to the owner of the entire plaza, and they confirmed that despite the existence of the reserved parking, it is actually not enforceable by law! Never again...

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! Especially with children. This is the scariest, most unprofessional business I have ever seen, and I have seen some wild things across the globe. First of all, the business smells like heavy smoke. Second, every time I have attempted to get printing done here in an attempt to save money compared to the big box stores, especially since I am an avid supporter of small businesses, I have been met either at the door or the parking lot by the owner or employees, who screamed and shouted at me to leave. This was all unprovoked, and I hadn't even said anything yet. They have dedicated parking, and they threatened to call the police if I didn't move my car, on the day I went in to ask about getting business cards made. I have seen employees yell and swear at other customers when they came to pick things up, and I've seen them scream and swear at other employees and customers of other stores within the plaza. They just stand outside and threaten anyone that goes near the place. It's a really scary experience.
