These people have no sense of customer service! at about 3:30 today there were Three guys, at the pro desk standing around talking, and refused to make a phone sale for me! After I asked them, do you know how much money I have spent in the last week the guy looked at me and said he didn’t care, not sure his name but he had shoulder length brown curly hair with a beard, was very cocky and rude. Nobody there cares about the customer. I’m going to Home Depot.

Tried to get the balance on my gift card, went to self check out since the return/service counter was long and was sent back by the person on self check out to return/ customer service, just needed to know what was left on my card, cannot get this info online at Lowes only in store. I wasted time so left after getting the balance.

Lowe's (especially in greater Houston areas) has a different feel than home Depot . And that's ok. I purchase from both depending on the job I am doing.

Strongly cautioning contractors, professionals, and all customers relying on timely online orders: my current experience with Lowe's is utterly disappointing. When my order was lost in transit and later found, the disconnect between customer care and the store staff became evident, showcasing a lack of concern and inefficiency in addressing the issue. This led to a delay in my client's project, causing all parties (besides Lowes) to incur financial losses due to a straightforward online order of materials. Despite assurances from Lowe's customer care that my order could be rectified in-store for pickup, the reality I faced upon visiting the store or calling in was starkly different. This inconsistency and lack of coordination deeply impacted my experience, leaving me dissatisfied and still unsupported in resolving the situation.

I bought a lawn mower battery there going on 4 weeks ago. Talked with Jose a manager there about the self check (not me) out rude clerk. I don't like self check out myself, protect jobs. Anyway the lady would not take my old battery as a core but yet charged me a core charge. After 4 weeks and Jose never being there, a new manager I talked to on the phone about it said I could get the money ey owed, then when I got there told me she didn't even know why I had money coming back, which beca.e bad fast. I am tired of trying to get the money owed back! What is wrong with people? If Jose said give it to me, then give it to me!

If you call costumer service, you might be lucky if they pick up your call and if they do, they will put you on hold for 30 mins ... if they say your order will be ready tmrw that usually means a few days later ... don't bother them, go to ACE or Home Depot ...

Placed an order for a new range and hood in Early September. Deliver scheduled for Monday 9/25. Afternoon of Friday before I was left a VM that the delivery had been pushed back a week. I called on morning of 9/25 to find out why the change. It was because simple extra grate had not been received yet. I asked them to just ship the grate when it came in which they reluctantly agreed to do and confirmed that the range and hood would be delivered on 10/2. On 10/1 I received an email saying that the delivery had been pushed to Friday 10/6.Lowes, You need to understand that people have have work and lives and plan around your promises to deliver when you say you will. If I make plans to take a day from work to receive your delivery and get notice on a Sunday I may not be able to show up to work Monday morning and expect to work because my employer has already made arrangements for me being off. They aren't going to pay me because you cancelled at the last minute. Does that make any sense? How do you intend to compensate me for my losses?

I was really excited to place my order for a new riding mower and schedule the mower to be delivered on the following Tuesday from 8am to 8pm. The mower was never delivered and I wasn't contacted until later that evening from someone who told my item would be delivered the next day instead. The Wednesday rolls around d and the online system changed the delivery to Thursday. So I contacted customer services and was shuffled around to warehouse and delivery until I was told to contact the store. I contacted the store and placed on hold for the delivery manager and was kept on hold until I was hung up on. Then I call back and it said my order had been canceled. I was no explanation and no one will answer the phone. I would recommend buying ANYTHING from this place that needs to be delivered.

The store is very close to my home and I’ve gone there literally hundreds of times. Lately though, I’ve had pretty bad experiences checking out there. First of all, there’s almost never a lane open with an actual person. And the two times I’ve gone lately to the self check out there is a incredibly disagreeable older woman that sits on a scooter and is awful to the guests. I’ve had bad experiences and I’ve watched her be pretty terrible to other people as well. Today, I was checking out with some clearance patio furniture. She was extremely upset to have to deal with it because she had to manually do a price adjustment. Loudly, breathing, rolling her eyes and loudly saying how happy she will be when all this clearance merchandise is gone. Other people that need her help have to ask her two or three times to get up from her scooter and off of her phone in order to help them and then she is rude about it. I have no idea why this person is employed. Unfortunately, I will probably not be going back here because I will not be checked out by this person anymore.
