The first time I came it was kinda dirty in there and my nails were very brittle after only getting gel polish I gave her the benefit of the doubt bc I like to give ppl at least 2 chances. The second time I went it was still dirty in there and smelled weird. and my nails are now in horrible condition they don’t even cut the cuticle they file it with the drill. They definitely don’t follow any stateboard rules especially sanitation… it looks like I got acrylic or something

I love the fact that they were able to assist me without a rush 10mins prior to closing. Very friendly people, the atmosphere is great! Results weren’t he best, I had to return 2 more times to get nails fixed as they were lifting within 3days after getting them done.

It don't even deserve a 1 star i went in today to get my nails done and let me tell you my nails look horrible they look like if a beginner did my nails 😭😭 I usually come here but ben was not there and the lady needs more practicing

I had my nails done back in July and they were just supposed to be a simple singular color that was slightly transparent. During the appointment, the lady doing my nails was an older Asian woman who was very nice and efficient and allowed me a last-minute appointment. I could not get in with my usual nail lady. However, during the appointment, the lady doing my nails was dissing only my usual lady and saying how she was unprofessional with her methods.
However, the end result of this nail salon’s work was not what I wanted or expected with how she talked down on my nail lady. My nails came out in uneven lengths and were not straight. The tips of my nails (I did almond) were not even pointing straight after I had asked them to be corrected. As well, my end result had small glitter in it somehow. My nails usually last me about 2–3 weeks as I work with my hands. However, I really could not handle these nails and 1–2 were already broken in less than 2 weeks, so I took them all off.
A month afterwards, my nails still seem to have been damaged as a few of them have bubbles of separation from my nail bed almost halfway up. I came here because of the good reviews and availability when I needed it urgently for a major event, but I was definitely let down and had a different experience.

Went to this place because they were open later. The lady who did my nails did not wear gloves. I also saw others not wearing gloves. Rushed through the service, tried to upscale and was seemed annoyed I did not want the upgrade. Place is not clean at all. Felt like I needed to take a shower when I got home.
The ladies were nice, did the massage well, and polish was neatly painted.
I would not recommend or go back here. So many options in the area that might be better.

Absolutely the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. My nails didn’t even last two days — my entire left hand popped off like they were never glued properly. I reached out to the owner, Kim, to get them fixed, and instead of acknowledging the poor service, they wanted to charge me $45 for a whole new set — $5 more than what I originally paid ($40) for a set that didn’t even last 48 hours!
Reluctantly, I went back in. Kim agreed to fix them, but it only got worse. During the process, she cut me three times on three different nails. The shaping is terrible, the nails are inconsistent, and the color doesn’t even match my original set. And don’t get me started on the French tips — they look awful.
The whole experience was beyond disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone — not even my worst enemy. Save your time, money, and fingers. Go somewhere else.
I would give they place A ZEROOO!!

This experience was hands down one of my favorite, this was the third place I called because I needed the service last minute. When I called I got Kim, I asked will they be able to service me being that I’ll be walking in thirty minutes before they close; Kim told me “come on baby, we will do your nails”. She. I walked in Kim started on my nails immediately, I showed her a picture and she told me “I can do that” so I trusted her lol. Any time I needed something fixed, she corrected it. The reason why I told this story is to give you an idea of what the service was from beginning to end.

Friendly, caring, and excellent service! This nail shop has gone back to the old school days of nail care. The nature of the service does not feel express and like a car wash. They pay attention to detail and provide a great nail care experience.
