Jordan was a great help to me. She doesn't know how much she made my day better just by being nice and helpful. She spent time helping me find the right concealer and foundation, I was having a horrible day and decided to spend money on makeup to make myself feel prettier. I haven't shopped at MAC for myself in about 10 years.. I used to shop at MAC very often, but I've forgotten the feeling of just enjoying makeup and a good conversation! The employee I met was the best MAC employee I've ever come across, and they are known to be dry people. I'm definitely coming back!

If I were to have looked at these reviews I would have NEVER... I went in on 3/8 and Jose was doing someone's face. I wanted to purchase concealer and foundation but didn't know what color I needed so I told him I would come back. I did and he was free.When I tell you he sat me down, went to match my color (only took 1 glance) came back and "beat my face to THE GODS"!!! Omfg. Matched me to the T!!! Perfectly.He is the go to for me for sure!!

Workers are so focused on being on their phones they don’t want do their job. The only girl that was working this afternoon get another job because clearly you don’t want to do this one. It was the bigger girl with spider lashes.

Id give 0 stars. Sometimes the makeup artist are noce sometimes their rude. Basic retail. This really isn’t about the makeup artist. This is a issue with the company. They dont have a Macy’s account I can rate so... I will never buy from Macy’s. I did a order for pick up 2 weeks before Black Friday. The money came out the day I ordered. It said could take up to 7 days. After a week I called and the rep said I see that it will be ready tomorrow. I got no ready for pickup alerts. I figured maybe because of Black Friday. 1 week after Black Friday they sent me a email. Your item was lost in shipping. How?. Here’s 15% off. If you still want this item you will have to repurchase. And wait for shipping? Heres the issue. They charged my card again so they could process a refund. What? If they told me I would have bought them during Black Friday sales. I look at their page and the coupon didn’t work and the cost went up. Id find a betterPlace to shop.

My friend and I came in to Mac asking for help. Jose did a wonderful job in helping us. Took the time to ask her questions. Gave us advice, in a lot of stuff, if you need help come here and ask for Jose he’s the best in everything!Thank you so much Jose!! We will definitely come back.

So, the MAC employees are in quarantine but they have Lancome people helping out but this review is based on pure basic customer service. The lady with the long, light brown curly hair was doing a lady's makeup but I just needed help with one thing. She did not even acknowledge me even though I was standing around. Apparently, she works at Lancome but that doesn't excuse the fact that, she cannot say, "I will be right with you" or "is there anything I can help you with?". She just looks at me then continues to do the girl's makeup. Finally, I personally went up to her and said, "can you just get me one thing and ring me up?" So, she looks around and call another lady from Lancome. I did get her name. She dropped one of the makeup which broke into small pieces off the ground and put the pieces back in the makeup container and puts it along with the other makeup. Is she out of her mind? How unhygienic is that??? I told her that's very unhygienic and she shouldn't do that. She goes, "you are right!" but still did not throw the container away. I could not even pin point the container because it all looks the same. I then said, especially with the Covid, you just cross contaminated with the debris from that container. She told me they spray alcohol on them. Omg! She does not even understand how much bacteria was in the debris that she just out back in the MAC powder but also the debris transferring to the other containers.
