I scheduled with Chris but ended up with Cassandra. WHAT A GREAT MASSAGE! Truly one of the best massages of my life and I am not a stranger to massages. She made me feel so much better and I honestly was not expecting to have greater range of motion and less pain in my neck. I thought it was ok; wasn't until she was done with me I realized I was in pretty bad shape. Been lifting and working at a computer the last six days so this was great. I will come back and schedule with Cassandra again. Thanks! Highly recommend. She's quiet and efficient. :)

Maria!!! I have been searching for someone that is detailed and gentle and I lucked up and found Maria! She has healing hands. I suffer from neck and back pain and I feel so relaxed and at ease right now. She found every knot and loosened it without me telling her. I was about to cancel my membership but, Maria changed my mind!!!

Out of the different locations I’ve tried this one is by far the best! The customer service is always top tier. When is comes to massages, Maria is the absolute best!!! She is truly the best masseuse I’ve had, she took her time and was able to know my problem areas without being told. If you come make sure to ask for her you won’t regret it!

Walked in to ask a few questions about pricing young lady named Abby was very sweet and informative. However she was by herself for a long period of time while checking out guests and answering calls, she did amazing but would love to see some extra hands upfront just to speed up the process.

Do not come here. This is one of the worst massage, envy places I have ever been to, and and I feel like the whole staff needs to be retrained on explaining their protocols or policies. I was tricked into a contract thinking it was a month to month thing I received two credits from paying $75 a month that I did not even get to use. I called to reschedule at no point in time did the lady on the phone tell me that if I rescheduled it was going to charge me then when I arrived at my rescheduled appointment they charge me $65 again and said I had no credits on file . Alana was great! She focused on the area that I had an issue with and suggested several things to help alleviate the issue such as stretches. Will definitely be going back to her!

Yemeka is a true healer. If you suffer from neck/shoulder/jaw pain - go see this woman. I’ve seen dozens of therapists, and have never experienced pain relief like she gave me today. Came all the way here to drop this review.

I have a membership with massage envy. It's a hit or miss with some of the staff, whether it be massage or facials. I've had great facials and one great massage, so far. My microderm abrasion hurt. My second massage was not so great. ? I was sore for a few days. I guess you have to make sure you voice your problem areas before they start.

Ariana & Dawn are the reason I got the membership here. Ariana does a WONDERFUL job executing a very intentional facial. Her integrity for not only your skin but for yourself is very rare to find. I didn’t feel pressured into buying something. Her hands literally melted into my skin. Dawn is by far my favorite here when it comes to massages. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to your body’s need! I literally could keep going on and on but if you’re thinking about getting a membership do it!!!!

I had an appointment scheduled yesterday for 5pm. That morning my child and myself had a fever and my throat hurt. I called and advised them that I would need to cancel my appointment as I believed I caught strep throat from my child's school. (Backstory: my child's school just sent out an advisory days prior of other students catching strep) The woman on the line advised me that I would pay 50% due to cancelling same day and was I sure I want to cancel after informing her of the potentials. I advised her of the seriousness of coming into the establishment with a contagious sickness. Her response was "well it is not confirmed yet". I told her to keep the appointment there then and I will come in and get people sick. She was ok with that. Later on that day, my child and I tested positive for Covid, Strep Throat, and hand, foot and mouth. I called back and advised I need to cancel my service. They stated am I sure as I will loose out %50 of my service per membership and was again enticed to come in. I stated the positive results of my illness and hung up the line. Very concerning and my trust in this company is LOST. It led me to wonder how many are allowed to come in with ailments all in the sake of not loosing out on membership cost. I will be calling Monday to cancel my membership. It is not fair to the staff that perform services nor other clients to allow patrons in the establishment that could potentially be contagious.

Misty did incredible. She had a great attitude. Very nice. And was very personable. She really helped loosen up the tension in my shoulders. I have already made my next appointment with her.

Misty is a magician! I hold all my tension in my neck and shoulders and she is the first massage therapist that has been able to get rid of knots. She is also friendly and kind! I enjoy each session with her!
