Unfortunately I own several spaces at this company at this moment, so my business name, I will keep anonymous because of the type of people they are. It is sad to say that this company really needs help. This is a horrible company. Whatever you do, do not lease a space from them. Trust me, they have no care nore courtesy for their tenants. None. Even through matters beyond a tenants control, such as hurricanes, winter freezes, city shutdowns, illnesses ect.. they don't care about anything but their weekly payments. If you miss 1 day of rent, they already consider your contract in default and start sending threats to your email. They make threats to lock up your space without concern of any situation as if you're like 30 days behind. They love to hide behind emails while making these threats towards your business, which makes it easier for them not to have tenant relationships. Their accountant and others that work for the company seem to always speak for the manager and are very, very rude people. They overcharge for their extra small spaces and do not live up to promises made on their end. The facility is poorly maintained they have roaches in the bathrooms, and the bathrooms are always a mess. Very disappointing. Ever since we've started a contract with them, we've seen so many others bail on their contracts because of these circumstances, which by experiencing these issues I can understand. We truly regret doing business with these people. If I could give negative stars they would have many. You are warned stay away from this company.

I would like to address the importance of maintaining transparent communication with tenants, especially during unforeseen circumstances. The lack of effective crisis management is worrisome.
Today 9/6/2024 we spent three hours waiting outside the building without clear answers regarding the management's plan to address the issue. In such situations, clear communication is essential. As we are running a business and have responsibilities to our clients, it is challenging to reschedule appointments without proper communication. This significantly impacts our business operations.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere in life. There has been multiple incidents where landlord never claims responsibility. Latest incident AC was out approx 3 weeks and absolutely no communication or compensation made to tenants! Almost like they tried to hide the issue. Very shady people
