The overall experience today at Matress Firm Humblewood was great. We were in search of a Matress for my son and were debating on wether we should upgrade our king Matress. Daniel and Juan made the decision very easy for us as they took their time to explain the value in each of the mattresses they had available. The professionalism, knowledge and the ability of building rapport with us to find mattresses that best fits our needs; were beyond exceptional. If you’re looking for a place to purchase from because of the people who are helping you and not the price… this is the place to shop at! I’d purchase from Daniel and Juan again and definitely recommending this location to my friends and family. Thanks again!

Shane was knowledgeable and patient with me; explaining some details and customer hints. Did not pressure me in the least, which I appreciate. He likely knew I was ready to buy and let me sell to myself. He also gave me every benefit possible within the offer. So I got some valuable accompaniments. Very satisfied.
