Scammers! They added 2 phone lines without my permission! my monthly bill was $90 and when I was going to pay they said $150 the Indians working here are known to steal identities for loans on speakers and phone accessories then they get relocated to different stores to not get caught watch out! Recommend the location on will Clayton they sorted everything out for me and explained what these thief’s are doing scamming old people and people who don’t speak English smh shame on y’all

These people are scam artists! Do NOT come here for anything! They took a loan out using my social security number when I came in to buy a phone. They listed that I bought a new phone, several speakers and multiple screen protectors all in one day. I made NONE of these purchases. I had to contact my bank and report this fraudulent, horrific place. I have filed an official report with Metro PCS. I am a single mother and cannot believe they do this to people.

I was suppose to only be paying my bill \\u0026 taking off the extra lines I had. Syed Ali Raza Shah told me in order to have my other three lines removed I would have to pay the $135 that I already ready owed plus $5 for the fee for in-store payments. Well after looking over my bill again \\u0026 seeing some of the changes made I see that whatever he did only $72 was paid on my bill. I gave him $100 in cash and sent $40 to his cash app because I didn't have my card on hand. So now I'm wondering where my other $68 dollars went....

Worst store. They sold me a wifi at home they told me it would work great. Not even a day I used it. Worst wifi ever. It would never load and it would cut off. AT&T the best! Like people say get cheap but end up paying double.

This store has HORRIBLE customer service and I have seen them lie to customers when they ask for refunds. Even though they have a return policy of 14 days for no reason at all. I went in to upgrade my phone after my old iPhone broke. I got a brand new iPhone XR and somewhere in the process the employee whom performed the upgrade DELETED MY ACCOUNT. I lost my phone number for nearly a WEEK! And my phone number is tied to my business account I lost thousands of dollars while everyone thought I had gone out of business. Their employees continued to lie to me about them being the cause of the problem and when I asked for a refund on the device so I could go else where they refused and kept asking me to wait additional days, as if 4 days with no phone wasn't bad enough. And to add insult to injury their employees completely ignored how much distress this situation caused me while joking laughing and making personal calls to their friends that they conducted on speaker phone. One of the younger Indians guys kept using racial slurs and saying the n-word as if this wasn't a place of business. Theses people are unprofessional and they run a horrible make shift business that they run like a club. STAY AWAY

This place is seriously unprofessional, they withheld information regarding a product they sold me and wanted to argue with me and demanded I call customer service in their presence. Then they charged me one amount and customer service saw a different amount. Told me to use the piece of trash for a month and then come back. If a customer ask for a refund and a cancellation, then that’s what needs to happen. This place gets negative stars from me. The guy that’s here is actually arguing with me and instead of helping he made the issue worse. The poorest customer service ever!

Honestly the service is remarkable. But this store not so much. It is clean but that's about all the good. The staff is very manipulative, they have posted prices on each phone on display but they add everything up on a calculator then say "we can do it all for this". I needed 2 phones and settled on 2 phones currently on sale for FREE. After being shown the calculator total doing math I ended up paying $187 for "free" phones. They charge you for the activation and first months service. That's normal. But they sneak in the $10 cost of the sim card (which is INCLUDED with the phone according Metro customer service). The guy behind the counter was caught over charging me while setting up the account in his system so he slips out with non-metro (ebay) phone cases and screen protectors that didn't even fit my devices. Said there was no way to refund the card the overage. And they make sure to charge it as debit so you cannot get your bank involved. So instead I wanted a credit. But they only had "credit " left on a "coupon" and the balance was not applied to the bill. All I say is if you would like to get the service find a store that helps people instead of reaming them. Avoid THIS store .Not to mention they tried to sell me a open used phone. I had to demand a new one after he kept wiping the screen saying "no scratches, it's new"
