I came in to add a gateway to my account. 2 days later I came back to return it as it was not working. No signal at all. I found out I was overcharged and the girl here did not want to help me do the return. She said I had to wait for a manager because “only he had the codes.” I know that’s a lie. All employees should know how to do a metro promise. She said the extra charge was for the SIM card but the SIM card is included in the gateway. Wonder how many other people they have taken money from. Pathetic.

I received the best phone service today that I’ve ever experienced today. Zaki and abdul both assisted me very well. They made me feel very good purchasing a iPhone on metro pcs Black Friday deal. They both gave me exactly what I was looking for and was very informative. They showed me so much love on my purchase and was very professional. I ran into a technical difficulty and they fixed it immediately. They wouldn’t let me leave with out the sale or being a satisfied customers. Definitely recommend this location and this location only. Thanks guys

Came in to ask about smartpay(leasing payments) that I was approved for, never looked up to speak to me, told me that I shouldn't go with that option I was asking for because it wasn't smart to pay that much.... Once I turned around to walk away, then he started asking if I wanted a new phone number, I get you get commission of new lines, but this is a horrible habit that metro has, they are only willing to help you if it benefits them..... Horrible.....
