This Michael location is ok the staff always greet you and willingness to offer their help when needed.

I came to this Michaels location to get balloons for decorating. Unfortunately, the employee cut the ribbons very short without asking first. I needed the extra length, so that was disappointing. Overall, I wasn’t happy with the outcome.
