Don't go here. Went for a sore throat and cough. Came out with a cough, runny/stuffy nose, itchy/watery eyes, fevers, sneezing, sinus pressure. Cost me $250 between the visit and prescriptions

Complete waste of time. I went to two locations—at the second one, even with no one else waiting, the estimated wait time was 120 minutes. The first location didn’t have availability until the next day. It would be just as fast, if not faster, to go to a PCP or urgent care.

This was the second time and last time that I attempt to get an appointment here. The lady with her mask is so rude! Very unprofessional the way she speaks to people. The first time I attended to get an appointment I was a walk in because website clearly states that walk ins are welcomed, well I was nothing but unwelcome. The nurse was so quick to show me the door by saying she has many patients and would not be able to see me without an app. I decided to wait, 30 minutes went by without a patient, but she still didn’t see me. I left. Today, I had an appointment, but she directed me to go print out a document because she needed for my appointment. By the time I did that, she stated that she had other appointments. I get it, but the way she talks to you, so unprofessional and rude. This place makes you feel very unwelcome and unfriendly. I walked out since it’s no use, she’s the boss in that place and it’s her way or no way. Customers are not right.

Went in to be dismissed & unheard about my symptoms. The lady w long white braids didn’t look in my ears she barely touched my throat & when she did it was on the wrong side I was comparing on.
I told her my daughter had a very bad bacterial infection & came here the other day got amoxicillin. She acted as if I was asking for narcotics. I’m a 45 year old woman who knows my body better than her when I’m sick I’m sick. She said it was a virus to let it run its course. I got upset bc I felt like I was dismissed & wasting my time coming being charged. I know have a double ear infection & my throat was swollen I have been sick for days now bc she wouldn’t give me $3 antibiotic bc she thinks my body would get immune. Waste of time & wouldn’t remind cooks here w that lady. My daughter loved the lady she had she said she was very caring

I have been to this location a few times. I have always had an amazing experience. Easy to schedule appointment online. All staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. Yesterday (01/10/25) was able to make appointment quick and had any lab/test results by the next morning before 8 am! (Saturday). Had the pleaser of having Crystal, NP. She was patient and friendly. She made me feel as if I knew her forever and had no problem talking to her about any issue.

Exceptional Service and Outstanding Care
We recently visited the CVS MinuteClinic, and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. The staff member who assisted us was truly exceptional—professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. We were especially grateful to learn that one of the services offered included staple removal, something we didn’t realize was available. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great care.
A special shout-out to the nurse practitioner who took care of us—she was absolutely incredible! Her warm demeanor instantly put us at ease, and her expertise was evident in every aspect of the procedure. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire visit. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness truly stood out, making what could have been a stressful situation feel calm and manageable.
From start to finish, the level of service and care we received was exceptional. We will definitely be recommending CVS MinuteClinic to our friends and family. Thank you so much for providing outstanding healthcare services that are accessible, convenient, and delivered with such excellence!

Had a prescription sent to my pharmacy and found out it was on backorder. Me and the pharmacy both could not get ahold of the practitioner to get an alternative sent over. Called customer care and they lied saying a new prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Called a second time after finding out nothing was ever sent back to the pharmacy and they said they would get it done right away and transfer it to the open pharmacy. Called that pharmacy before they closed and again they never received anything from this clinic. I have NEVER had an issue where the practitioner just doesn’t do their job of sending over a prescription.

My brother in law came here with a 102 fever looking for some help in diagnosis for his respiratory infection. He was on time but sitting on the wrong side. When he went up they cancelled his appointment and claimed they had been yelling his name for over 5 minutes and said he was late. The lady was rude and slammed the door behind her. Now he is having to go to another clinic to find help. HORRIBLE HATEFUL SERVICE. That NP needs to learn why she does her job because that is not appropriate behavior! she could have still taken him in to his appointment and still not be behind in her schedule. She needs to learn how to time manage and not cancel patients when they were there the whole time but couldn’t hear her.

The prescription never was sent to the pharmacy, the in house pharmacy wouldn't just take 5 steps to see where the prescription was. Overall terrible customer service.

This is the worst place to get your med treatment. The website is unreliable and the staff is quite disrespectful and has no manners for their patients. Will not be coming here again.

I really should have read reviews before scheduling. Do NOT schedule your appointment here. I can admit we were late (10mins) but there was NO ONE waiting and she comes out to tell us we have to reschedule. My 6 year old is sick you have no one waiting and you can’t see him? I’m sorry work ran over and I made my son late and they can’t find 10 minutes to run a few test on him. I even called corporate and they said they do NOT offer ANY grace periods. This CVS is trash. We use minute clinic all the time..even been walk in patients. Never had any problems. Customer service does not exist anymore and the “nurse” could care less she turned him away. She wanted to go sit back on her butt! Trust the reviews.
