Had an appointment at 920 and hour passes and I barely get seen for temperature and BP check. Lady was unwelcoming and rude. Waited longer and had to leave. Communication would be nice when you are that behind. Very unprofessional

Worst experience in my entire life. Would advise, do not go. I do not understand how she will even ask me if it my symptoms are getting worse and telling her yes… being over 10 days of being sick!!! She did not even prescribed me any medicine. Went to Kelsey-Seybold video call and got treated much better and (guess what! I am still in fact getting worse! ?) was finally prescribed with antibiotics. Don’t waste your time. The assistant was very nice there. Never have left a negative review, but this is needed to be said.

Everytime I go I look for Serena the best np hands down but Tiffany and Maria make me feel welcome and comfortable over all I love this place

We got here at 7pm and lady said we don't take anyone after 7 because we WANT TO LEAVE at 7:30pm. They close at 7:30pm. They don't care about people. They are just here for their HOURS

This was my 1st time coming to one of the minute clinics and i have to say it was a lot more pleasant of a visit than I would have expected. The staff was friendly, inviting, helpful, and non judgmental so you actually wanted to tell them the truth, lol. I will be coming back!

The check in process, or lack their of, is inefficient. They send you a text to check in online, but you have to check in again on a kiosk when you arrive. There is no one to greet you at the front desk, so I just figured that I'd check myself in. The nurse was very dry and direct, no customer service skills. After I completed labs with my nurse, there was over an hour wait prior to me seeing the NP. The close sign was on her door, so I'm assume she took a lunch while patients waited. If that's the case, then block appointment times during the lunch hour. What could've been 30 minutes, turned into a 2 hour visit. I will likely not be returning. Would've never come had it not been for my employer provided us with skimpy insurance plans.

The most inefficient Covid test I have had. You have to wait in line in your vehicle, which subjects you to however slow the person in front of you is. But they didn't even start communicating with him for several minutes. You can't go in for your test, so you are hostage to their inefficiency and unfriendliness. Frankly I don't think the person behind the glass was even watching me, so I could have mimed the swab, and my test would come back negative. I called the store to ask if I was in the right location and was transferred to their call center in India (that's what it sounded like). I will start looking for better locations for Covid testing. Even the one I went to outside in the winter was better than this.

I had an appointment and they were unable to provide the service. I was not informed before hand of this and wasted my time. Staff was rude, unprofessional and bitter.

Don't waste your time coming here if you don't have an appointment. Their website says they accept walk-ins but they don't.

Says they take walk-ins. Couldn't book an appointment with the kiosk. Asked the lady sitting at the computer in the back. She says they're full. So then y'all don't do walk-ins? She asks for my symptoms and then says I'd have to go to the ER. Waste of time. Thanks.
