I went in there looking at gold wanted to purchase an item offer him different prices .hes not good making deals or sales , Esteban offer to help first thing came out he’s mouth said gold is high rocket price right now , so I show him my gold chain and he’s the one gave me a scrap price haha come on man , need to do better than that , you basically said gold is high right now why would you throw me a scrap price he’s a joke don’t go in there I don’t recommend. Especially don’t get help by Esteban .

I bought two fire arms from here recently. My overall experience was really good. I am extremely satisfied with both of the firearms that I purchased. The only reason why I’m giving a four star instead of a five is because I was lied to and told that one of the firearms that I purchased was brand new. When I asked about something that was missing from the case, that’s when I found out that it wasn’t brand new, but it was like new. I would’ve bought it anyway, but the fact that I was lied to to me was this tasteful that did not need to happen to get the sale. In the future be completely honest with your customer And don’t tell lies to get a dollar.

Brought gold coins, platinum bars, and palladium bars in and the young man at the counter stated, they mainly just buy silver dollars??? First pawn shop I have been to that doesn't buy gold and other high end metals.

They refused to take my Dl. & wouldn't take my items to pawn even. Said I had bad credit with another pawn shop due to me losing a couple of items a long time ago. At least a year ago! Turned me away!

So I buy shoe and other things from this shop and I really like it but I got a pair of headphones and they did not work I took them back and they took the total of the ones I had on layaway are so I thought.... What they are telling is they took it off the pair I payed in full for with cash so really what I did was pay for a broke a** pair of beats and give them back to them and never got my money back are put on my other idea. I would love for this to be mad right vomit I don't think they will.

I pawned my playstation and they didn't check to make sure it was working properly before giving it to me. Its CLEARLY BEEN DROPPED and the disk tray is broken now and they refuse to take accountability for their obvious lack of care for customers items DO NOT PAWN HERE
