I have been waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru and there is only one car in front of me. This is the norm . The gentleman in front of me was in a discussion with CVS about changing Medicare charges Last week, they didn't have the prescription ready and told me to come back in 2 hours. I returned in about 2 and a half hours and it was closed. I returned and they told me that they were out. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone in need of medicine.

This is an update to a review I wrote on 4/20/23. After having a really bad experience at the pharmacy on 4/20/23. I still needed my medication transferred. I spoke with a pharmacy staff person the next day. I believe her name is Chandra. she was EXTREMELY helpful and caring. She located another nearby CVS that had my medicine in stock and transferred it. I received a message from the new CVS within minutes telling me my prescription was ready. Thank you Chandra for caring! You're AWESOME!

Waited over 25 minutes to pick up a prescription AT THE WINDOW!! No problems on my end or drs office but just extremely short staffed and slow. I was very patient with the pharmacists the entire time, the workers were very polite, just not helpful. Do not use this pharmacy if you are looking for a quick one.

This is for the Pharmacy side (writing this as I'm waiting for my prescription) They delay to pick up medication is crazy when they say your order will be ready in an hour max. Sitting here for 1 and half hours and they say still about 15 more minutes.... It would've been fine but their attitudes are just unnecessary.

Does the pharmacy ever care to get customers in/out quickly? Ugh. Several cars in line idling. Is anyone here serious about the ozone? No? Let us sit in line an hour. It is like this every time I have to come here and for several years. Awful, lazy customer service.

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE pharmacy. I do NOT recommend. Every time we go, medicine is NEVER ready, even though we get a phone call/txt saying it is. Unless you want to wait 30+ minutes in line each time, I highly suggest a different location.

They always have a long wait or line. Then my prescription would be put in before hand and it took a little over 2 weeks to get my prescription back. Every time I went up there I was told sorry it's not ready yet and that it would be expedited. That was not true because it was over two weeks. I'm pregnant and when you're dealing with blood pressure and anemia and high risk pregnancy it's unacceptable. Most of my medications were auto refill so when it don't be ready by the time I run out to go pick up my refill is unacceptable as well. I'm sick of it.

The lines are long, whether you go through the drive through or wait inside. The wait time is terrible. Even when you get up to the technician, you have to wait an excessively long time, no matter if your order should be ready. We had to wait ONE HOUR in the drive through line to get a prescription. Service is horrible. We will not go back.

The service at this location pharmacy should be ended IMMEDIATELY!!! The black female who works in pharmacy is Rude & disrespectful!!! The pharmacist was incompetent. He told me lies about Med being discontinued and my insurance coverage. They have disconnected my pain regime for the 3rd time; placing me in withdrawals and sick. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I wish we could get a refund to our insurance for such bad service. Now after 9 days of waiting to get my pain med my insurance recommended I find a new pharmacy after she was on the phone with them for 20 mins. I wouldn't give this place a half star!

The pharmacist at this location are so rude. The black girl at the window charged my card for medication and never asked did I have insurance she just assumed I did not clearly. Then when asked to refund my money after giving her my insurance that she refused to take she presented me with an attitude. Them they asked us to get out of line while they worked on medication that had been sent to them from my doctor since 4 pm and it was now 7 pm. Note I just was released from the trauma unit from a bad car accident and not one of them cared. Then they requested for me to go in with 3 broken ribs and a punctured lung. Went to speak with the supervisor Meghan and she was totally rude never apologized for her worker never just simply said sorry ma'am. She tried to argue with me while I'm full of meds and only there to pick up a prescription. The main issues was they didn't ask for insurance just asked for my credit card and charged it $65 happily. Never in my life have I had such an ignorant experience at the pharmacy. I'll just deal with CVS down the road to make this easier on myself since they acted like they were doing me a favor. The pharmacist at the window never stepped over to say sorry or even acknowledge me as customer or even take ownership for her mistake. When I tried giving her my insurance on my phone she refused and said you have to write it down. Just being plain difficult during a bad time for me. Very heartbreaking to deal with after Memorial Herman made my stay so excellent and took great care of me I was faced with CVS in Humble. Certain areas in Texas are very much still racist and that's what I experienced at this location. Thank you for making me never want to return. I hope you all are happy with the job you presented to your community.

They need to work on their lane queueing. When I mentioned it when the gal at the drive through came to help me just made an excuse that she didn't know who was next. Ok. When she seems out my scripts and cards, she passive aggressively said she goes I have a better day. WTH? I wasn't rude or hateful or having a bad day... Just letting her know.
