We arrived right at opening and were seen fairly quick.Kimberly, the social worker I saw after talking to Doctor K, was hands down, phenomenal. Had it not been for her and the awesome staff I encountered, this rating would be 1 star.She took the time to listen after asking the required questions. She genuinely cares and it shows.Doctor K came off a bit abrasive and misogynistic. I went in regarding my depressive episode and within the first few minutes of talking to him, he was suggesting that I pursue a higher education. He asked me if I was easily manipulated by others because of a child support situation he knew nothing about. When we finally got around to me getting a chance to explain what triggered my depressive episode, he said, “I don’t need to hear anymore. It has to do with your strained family relationship.” I 100% understand he’s a psychiatrist and not a psychologist. However, when you go on and on about how someone you do not know needs to go back to school, at least have the decency to listen to their trigger. You are the doctor at a CRISIS clinic. Know the audience better.

They were very friendly and helpful! After years of struggling with anxiety and depression, they diagnosed my bipolar disorder and gave many resources to further my education and treatment.

My son went there due to an mental emergency prescription medication… first they couldn’t get my insurance on the phone … when it was time to pay the copayment they would not take my credit card over the phone unless they saw a picture… they refuse to put the manager on the phone… the picture will not pay then it’s the actual credit card number. The staff at a mental office should be more caring and smart. Rude rude and not educated!

They are truly amazing, I literally am in tears I have not feel so much peace in years. I am forever grateful. So helpful, & so grateful to have experienced this place.. Katrice & Michael have truly added light to my life within my visit & I could literally feel things shift for the better. So blessed I feel right now, gracious. No regrets here

I came to them for help. They told me to go to a hospital. what the hell kind of clinic can't help you when you are supposed to be a MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS CLINIC! that is exactly what a person with depression and anxiety wants to hear, that they can't be helped. If they can't help me then who can? Does it always have to be too late?

Took my son here for help and since he did not have an episode in front of the psychiatrist, he questioned me and my wife as to why we took him in. Now he is having an episode and he is using psychiatrist one hour evaluation against us that he is fine and psychiatrist meds issued were only to appease us, please do not use this place!!!
