Showed up with a tire going flat. Staff was super rude and combative after I followed the rules on their sign. I was unable to move the truck without adding air into the tire. They told me they could not help and forced me to back out of the bay the sign tells customers to pull into. They even called the cops because I didn’t want to move the truck. Once I backed up my tire was ruined. Great job NTB bunch of yuppies working here. Not to mention the so called regional manager threatened to slander my company name for no reason other than me not being able to move the truck until tire was inflated or a tow truck arrived. He even told me my Nitto Recons of 3 months old sucked lol. It was funny and eventful. Had our personal tire company from Porter to fix it in their parking lot.

Shout out to Levi and his crew!!! I needed two tires late in the day and they made it happen for me. The waiting area was clean and offered a cool place to wait while being serviced. It was an added bonus getting to meet his family. Great people and even better service!!!
