The store is clean and well organized. The only reason for not giving a 5 star is because I was in the store for approximately 15 minutes, and nobody offered assistance in finding the product I needed.
However, I kept looking and found it.

Drove 30 minutes to have something laminated and to be told they couldn’t do it, I would have to place it as an order ?people are not efficient to move faster at work. Taking sweet time, and I would of said stick around I will do my best to get it done for you, but I guess not all people like to work to make peoples day?

Terrible customer service. They never notified me that my order was done. I needed it order by 2pm and they told me they could have it done by then but in fact did not have the order read on time. This is very bad business. Would not recommend.

All it takes it’s a simple act of kindness to really make someone’s day, and that’s what happened today. Jackie in the print/copy- business area was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me with shipping some packages. ? Thank you so much for providing kindness and customer service!

I'm not even over exaggerating when I say this but Yolanda the manager at the location in Humble, Tx was outstanding. She went over the top to help me find my loss receipt to return a horrible HP printer and exchange it for another printer that she recommended me that was still in the same price range. I can't say enough to speak to how great she made my day and how easy she made that exchange. Thank you!
