Well I came in to buy a battery for my car I showed the young man a picture of the battery and he said he had it in inventory he brought it up and I assumed what he brought up was correct well that was my fault because they got me the wrong one so I went over to batteries Plus for $100 less not including the core The 5-year battery warranty and free installation very professional unlike the individual that I dealt with on the phone sometimes people need to stop talking so they can hear the other person and then respond to what they said and not start a conversation about something different and start raising your voice and just being a rude little boy ,men don't behave like this in business I guess we have to deal with the zoomers today that are too busy on their cell phone to be focused 31% and call centers and IT departments worldwide their predecessors was at 91 because they actually did their job shut up and left their phone turned off in 73% live in their mom's home and they refuse to have jobs and careers and training they just want to mooch off the family oh I hope you don't have too many of these on your staff I know it's hard to find good quality people but hire some adults that understand and can articulate themselves and understand what it is they're selling not like they're selling hamburgers their car parts and they have to be precise it's not about flavor it's about exactness nevertheless This is my experience the last time I was there, problem is with the young ones today as they have no respect for their elders, in any way whatsoever. they actually hate us and talk about us on the internet 24/7 how spoiled We are and selfish and that we don't understand what customer service is like we expect too much that we're paying full price, for This is a problem in your arena You might have your HR department speak with your people and help them understand This is their job This is their life this is their reputation and when you screw this up you don't get to go to the next step I hope your company isn't just hiring somebody with a pulse that doesn't want to be there they'd rather be talking on their cell phone or texting or playing a video game This is a serious problem in America today this generation isn't paying taxes because they're not working they're just mooching but there are a couple like not everybody's at Karen or Kevin but the majority of them are serious problem a national problem something you might want to consider in your HR department because what's going to end up happening is these zoomers are going to sue you if you don't cuddle them... Food for thought but what do I know I'm just as stupid old man that expects a certain level of professionalism seem to be very lacking in Houston especially on the 1960

I don't know why O'Reilly's auto parts is so much better than the competition. The employees they are always seem able to find the correct part I need and can verify the part is correct. This O'Reillys is no different than the others. I've been satisfied every time I've gone there. I don't care for their corporate website but the local people can't do anything about that. Anyway, go visit them bring your van if you don't know your vehicle details and they will fix you up.

Each time I go into O'Reilly's in Humble I always have the best experience I'm not in batteries and I've gotten parts of my car they're always there to help me get the best of everything it's just a great place to stop in and shop for parts for my car friendly friendly people and helpful too I had one person to give me a phone number for a mobile mechanic turned out to be really well so it's not just helping me at the counter it's helping me all over keep it up O'Reilly's you're awesome

Very friendly staff. Always go above and beyond, today included. A very nice girl helped me look up wiring harness for my truck. Unfortunately they don't carry it but was helpful enough to look on the internet for me, as well as refer me to xl parts. However, that place I will never go to again. The guy there was dismissive and truly couldn't care less about helping me find my part. The service at these two places was night and day. This Oreillys will always have my business. Thank you. Keep on truckin!!
