I ended up getting a wrong battery from the store in South lake Houston in 1960 I purchased one from batteries Plus and on the way home I found the store and the gentleman was very polite professional any helped me with the battery and put it out of my vehicle and brought it back in and was very polite professional and courteous I give him a five stars This is the expectation that I have when I deal with this organization unfortunately the last one was not so great better service at this location and I'm speaking as a man with over 25 years in the industry just in parts alone I hate giving bad reviews but this one is a five-star but the last door not so good

Refused to warranty a battery with an obviously bad cell, leaving the vehicle stranded. Might switch my commercial account to a competitor.

Sent someone to this location today to test battery & gentleman working wouldn’t assist because he stated he was the only one working. He was rude & unprofessional. Tookmy business down the road to autozone. They were eager to help.

Store clerk ignored our attempts to purchase a generator battery which is basically a car battery. He was on the phone with customers waiting we left and went to AutoZone! I suggest you don’t waste time with this store! We buy about 35 batteries a year and never have issues with purchases. Except for this store?

Lacking in customer service. Came in to see if they had a part for my truck... They said they didn't have it and didn't act like they knew what I was even talking about. Seemed to be rude to other customers but I was probably just sensitive at this point..I then came out to my truck and looked online and they actually had the part I wanted in stock. So I went back in to get it. Still wasn't very helpful.

I stopped in to pick up a toggle switch part that I needed off the shelves. The stock was lacking as most things were not in stock. I went with something else they had and check out was fine.
