attitudes were nasty, had to wait in a long line and being nonchalantly told that i couldn't get my jewelry cleaned & if i left my jewelry, it would take a week to be cleaned A WEEK TO BE CLEANED?! i knew Pandora's promises and services would start to decline eventually and here it is just basically no excellent customer service anymore so honey i took MY HARD EARNED MONEY to a jeweler with no long lines to wait in KAY JEWELERS & i'm happy ur loss

Monday 11/6/23. Walked into the store wanted to buy a tennis bracelet but they didn't have it. I went ahead and bought another one instead but I didn't have my card on me so I left and came back but Jasmine, I think was her name, gave me a slight bit of an attitude when I told her I forgot my card and I'll be back. I went to get my card and was contemplating why this girl had an attitude with me when I didn't do anything to her. Came back, Jasmine refused to let the other girl help me. The other girl was standing at the back looked like she was stopping what she was doing to help me but Jasmine refused to let her. So I was waiting for another 20 min when all I had to do was pay. Eventually the other girl helped me and was really nice about it. I don't understand why they let people with bad attitudes work here? Maybe try and not let whatever you're going through ruin your experience with a customer. Will be shopping at another Pandora from now on.

Bad customer service!!The first time I went on 10/22/23 I noticed that they took a little while to approach me and they were not busy, 2 workers were just standing by the register, one of them looked at me and didn’t come towards me until I stopped and stared at the person who was actually helping another customer. I ended up buying a (gift) necklace and a ring for a little over $320 and left.I went back with the person I gifted on 10/30/23 because the ring was a little large for her and wanted to make it smaller. We get there and this color lady (I don’t know her name) asks how can she help us, we explained the reason we were there and she kindly showed us another ring, then she goes and asks who I believe was the manager her name is Ashley I’m not sure what she asked her but then Ashley asked me do you have the receipt? Which I didn’t at the time but I had it home, I said I paid with card, are you able to look up the transaction? She used my email and found it immediately, she grabbed the ring, looked at it and asked us did you wear it? I said yes, (of course she wore it the first time to try it on!) And she replied well I’m going to change it by courtesy but next time if you want to change it don’t wear it”? I said ok. Anyway they ended up not having a smaller size in this style and Ashley said you can get another one, or go to another store to change it, we didn’t want another style because that ring matched the necklace, so we asked her which is the closest pandora? She said I believe the one in woodlands, I said oh is to far from me, can you have it deliver here? She said oh no we can’t do that, I said ok, can I wait and order a smaller size here in this store because woodlands is far from me and she said yes but I’m not sure when we’ll get it, she said is because we get a bunch of stuff and we never know what we’re getting! I was like what!? At this point I felt she didn’t help, she had an attitude since the time she asked for the receipt and I didn’t have it, the person who initially was helping us was standing there but didn’t say a word. I thought she could probably call the woodlands store and make sure they had the ring before just sending me there!! I ended up asking for my money back, and she still with bad attitude said ok, I asked her do you need the receipt? I have it home I can bring it, she said no I don’t need it I see everything here (on the tablet)! (First she needed it now she don’t). She returned my money and I asked her to write here name on the receipt and told her YOU have really bad customer service and she just stood there now she smiled and asked me what did I do?… WELL you didn’t do anything!!

I just had THEE WORST experience I’ve ever had at this pandora. Firstly, they don’t have a working phone number! Secondly, I waited about 30 minutes to be acknowledged. The salesperson, Leslie, looked directly at me several times and never greeted me to say - welcome, I’ll be with you, I’m busy… leave me alone, nothing! - Thirdly, I asked Leslie to clean my bracelet and she cleaned it with dish soap! This was not told to me beforehand.Originally I visited this store to exchange a broken charm. I was told by another location that I should be able to exchange it. After waiting all that time Leslie told me I couldn’t exchange it. Thereafter, I explained I tried calling this this location and it went to voicemail but the other location stated it shouldn’t be a problem. Leslie laughs and says “you should call that location back and go off on them” and proceeds demonstrating how I should make the phone call! This was extremely unprofessional. I asked her for a manager to possibly work something out about my charm but the manager never came to speak with me although she was in the room the entire time.I doubt I’ll be spending my money at this location ever. They have left a bad taste in my mouth.

Do not go to this store for exchanges less than 30days. Manager at this location is horrible, unprofessional and not kind at all. She called security for no reason, only because I called corporate office at the store. I bought a ring as a birthday gift online less than 2wks ago and needed a smaller size. She refused to exchange. Apparently, according to her, the ring had a small dent, which we didn’t notice and to me doesn’t even look like a dent, it appears as it part of the Pandora logo that’s engraved and if it is a dent we received it from the manufacture that way. How is that even my problem. My family and I have been a longtime customer and things like this truly makes me rethink where I shop.But with that being said one bad apple should not impact everyone else. So Iwill continue to shop at Pandora because this is the first I’ve ever had an issue. I will say Esther, from the Corporate office was kind enough to resolve the problem.

UPDATE 7/8/2023:The store manager, Angela Hanson, is truly a gem. She called me to speak about the horrible experience I had at her store and then offered her assistance to rectify the situation. I went into the store and her grace and attitude was just an amazing in person as it was over the phone. She listened to my concern, apologized on behalf of the sales associate, and fixed the issue right away. She exchanged my charm, cleaned my bracelets and charms, and even gave me her personal cell number!! She cares about her customers and her stores reputation! I plan to shop for another bracelet in the very near future and will def be back to this location!***********************I just had THEE WORST experience I've ever had at this pandora. Very beautiful charms with color to them. so many selections to choose from. I had one problem yesterday i went to the one located in Deerbrook mall my mom went with me to get a birthday charm for me and there was only one lady in front of us when we entered the store. We waited at the counter and my mom asked one of the employees about one of the charms and if she can see them. The employee walked to get the charm but we stayed at the counter for a while and we saw her helping out another woman in the store that came after us. She stayed helping the lady until she paid for the item which took a while. My mother was about to leave she was so mad that they left us at the counter she ignored us and went to help someone else when we got there first. When we first entered the store no one offered to help us. They helped everyone else that came after us.

Not wasting anymore of my money here, I used to love pandora and of course it’s not cheap I have a charm bracelet with charms and lately one charm had broke it was a dangling heart and it fell off with only having it for 7 months and I go to the store and they give me supposedly a new one and it broke again in 1 month , and now expect me to spend another 70$ on a charm that’s going to break again in a month no thank you.

Very pretty jewelry but the staff is unorganized. We called about a bracelet and had it on hold and when we got there they acted clueless. Then showed pictures and they were still confused. Finally got my bracelet measured, bought it and left.
