Don’t waste your time and money here. A worker was sleeping on the counter when I came in. I had an appointment and what looked like a mgr informed me there that the service guy left early for the day. 30 mins before my appointment without notifying me. This place is a joke.
There’s so many better places that you could go in Atascocita. I figured it would be convenient right next to disc tires but what an inconvenience it was disc tires is total opposite by the way.

Wonderful service! Quick and efficient! I had an appointment at 11am and was out at 11:30am. Mr. Tommy was very helpful and friendly!

I am so thankful to Tommy for taking care of my cousin and fixing her car. I was helping her by phone since I live in the Dallas area. Tommy made sure her car was fixed properly and went above and beyond by getting his wife to take her to Dayton when the repairs had to wait until the next day. Then the next day they delivered the repaired car to her, after hours!! They say some people are angels in disguise. Tommy and his wife are proof of that!

Absolutely disgusted with this location. My deaf husband went in for a battery repair (over $700) and the windsheild wipers were functioning before hand because it was raining. When he drove home they stopped working. He made an appointment for them to look since they were working right before. When he arrived he was greeted and then not communicated with at all until someone came up and let him know that it would be ANOTHER $428 to repair. They would not explain to my husband why. It wasn't until I called they explained. We looked into the cost and it is way under for that type of repair. When my husband decided he was not going to do the repair due to a basic lack of communication- they told him it would be $110 for looking at it. THEY NEVER COMMUNICATED THAT WITH HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE. This location really must like taking advantage of deaf people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A huge mistreatment of people with disabilities.

My son used rewards and an app through Instacart to schedule an appointment for an oil change at Pep Boys. They got us in at our appointment time. He was able to use a discount and pay through the app for the oil change as well. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience.
