Pilot Freight delivered on time and even earlier than expected. The team called an hour before arrival and was able to change delivery date and time to later in day. Driver put the huge box where asked, with no complaints. Service from the team was good and seemed to actually care. Delivery was in great shape, the TV arrived early and worked great. The schedule was changed without notifying but it was in a very timely manner. Lot of small parcel and package service was non existent for a lot of times, but Pilot Freight seemed to care and do their job. Good job Pilot Freight team.

For someone who runs a FTL and LTL brokerage, these guys were pretty on point. Delivered a day earlier than expected and called an hour before arrival. With small parcel and package LTL companies like this, a lot of times the service is non existent. But it seems like these guys actually care. Good job Pilot Freight team.

Terrible experience. They couldn't articulate what they were delivering, when they would be there, or generally anything of use. Would not use them ever if I had the choice

No showed on two different days after scheduling time and date with a 3 hour window given. Then they show up on a different day not scheduled, when we are not home. Stay away from this company, they will waste your time. Amazon, this looks bad on you, and you should stop using them. Do better.
