I can remember when Platinum Copier Solutions acquired the Tomball location from Skelton Business Machines. The transition was seamless, and I have found the staff to be very professional and courteous. I have always found Jill to be helpful and personable. She is attentive to my concerns or requests. Jill displays excellent people skills and has genuine interest and concern for my calls. Thank you for having Jill on the Platinum team!

My new sales rep Andrea Shinn called me and I inquired to her about getting a new machine. Andrea she set up meet and greet etc. The whole experience was wonderful and smooth. Andrea was amazing , within hours she set up a meeting, quote in hand and signed etc. Also she was training a new person as well which was very nice to witness as well. Within a week, we have are new copy/scan/printer/fax machine and are very pleased.
Thank you again Andrea for all your hard work and look forward to always using Platinum.

Mr. Benitez came to Montgomery County Concrete's Office and reconfigured our plotter/printer on a new computer and also made a few changes to update the configuration on two other machines as well.
