Excellent communication prior to and at arrival. Extra help turning POD around so that it was easier to access. (This was our first POD experience and now we know how it should be loaded.) On time and kept updated of the process. All folks helping from PODS were great.

Pod # 1 dropped off by Scott Cooper was a perfect experience.
He called 45 minutes ahead of arrival and was exactly on time in getting here. He explained the whole process thoroughly before he backed into my driveway, and then went out of his way to ensure the equipment wasn’t messing up my grass and landscaping. Funny guy to chat with too.
EDIT- POD # 1 picked up by Kevin! He called ahead of time. Showed up right on time and was in and out in a flash!
Great guy who went out of his way to make sure my yard wasn’t damaged!
Hoping the rest of my PODS move goes as good as my interaction with Scott and Kevin.

David d was exceptional at POD delivery. He was able to place it where we wanted it and was very kind. He talked to my four year old who thought what he was doing was awesome.

The driver Jimmy Satterwhite. did a great job with the delivery. He was very friendly and professional when delivering the pod. He communicated with me in a timely manner to coordinate the delivery.

Delivery Driver Jimmy was right on time courteously and friendly ensuring POD was placed in best spot and in cold rain as it was raining pretty heavily but did not delay him at all.

I have a home that was flooded by a broken toilet hose. After a summer and fall filled with calls to insurance adjuster and reconstruction contractor we finally reached an agreement on how much the reconstruction will cost.
It was finally time to order a POD to hold my STUFF while the dust begins to fly during the reconstruction. I contacted Pods.com. I’m old school so I actually needed to talk to a LIVE non-AI person. Each person to whom I spoke was very friendly and willing to listen to my concerns. You see, I live on a hill with two steep driveways. I explained this to the sells people and they each eagerly looked at satellite images of my house and said, “I understand your concerns.” I was put on hold as the sells person checked with someone, who I assumed, had more experience in setting up a POD on a steep driveway. After approximately 6 phone calls, one of which was to change the delivery date (which was quite easy to do) and one of which was to say PLEASE send an experienced driver with with a mathematical logical mindset. I was all set to receive the 16 foot long POD this morning. Enter stage right the most important person in my story! His name is Hai Do. He talked to me as if I had a brain. He pulled out his measuring tape and went to work. He attempted to back the POD up my driveway. It was just too steep! After confirming that the POD will be picked up empty he backed it off the truck with some sort of engineering wonder, that I hope the designer is making $big bucks$ and guided it up my back driveway with care placing it in a strategic location for loading up with my S-T-U-F-F. Before he left he told me to show the driver who will be picking up the POD in a couple of months to be sure to watch out for my wooden walkway so that the driver won’t break any boards. I told him that I will be asking for him (Hai Do) to be the pick up driver! I hope your experience with PODS MOVING & STORAGE leaves you as pleased as it has me.
