“Being my first time going to this location 6626 FM 1960 E inside of Walmart, I give a special thanks to Kristina for making my experience highly satisfactory. She was very professional and also suggested that I repackage my shipment which gave me more confidence that it would reach its destination on time. “Small office so not much room especially with Covid restrictions But, the employees are the best ever! “Bryant really stepped up to help this old guy. I am a bit of a techno-imbecile, and I thus needed help choosing and purchasing a mouse for my new Samsung laptop. Bryant was as polite, professional, helpful, and informative as can be. You should be proud and thrilled to have such a fantastic employee as Bryant. Bryant has earned a new customer for your company. Kudos to Bryant!”

“Da'Nesha is the BEST. I walked in at 5:05pm and out of nowhere, the electricity cut out from the entire Walmart and FedEx too. All the machines were down including the network. But even then, Da'Nesha got everything figured out for me and even called as SOON as everything was back up 15 minutes later at 5:20pm. I had to make it to an appointment by 6pm and she got me out the door by 5:25pm! Thank you Da'Nesha!”
