No carts available had to carry all my boxes i think some people left to load up or drop off items at home and hoarded the carts in their storage room while they left because they went up empty handed and came down with a cart several customers were SOLneed more L carts

Increased my monthly rent by 50% after three months while at the same time offering much lower rates to new customers. Would recommend finding another storage facility that won't follow these practices and values its customers.
Update: received another increase notice effective January 1st. Nothing has changed about the unit or facilities to justify an increase. The same unit is advertised online for $14 a month and I’m charged $70. That’s a 400% increase!

Great deal for the October part of the year. Ms. Diana and Ms. Keira (probably spelled the name wrong, don't mind me) were great help. Both very hospitable and thorough. 😅 Ms. Diana tho; she will definitely give you a few laughs.

Staff is continually not on site DURING OFFICE HOURS. rented (PAID FOR) a unit yesterday and still have not been given access because of the above reason and the fact that they direct me to kiosks at other locations that DON'T WORK. driving all over kingdom to get access to a unit i've already started paying for. Do better.

Ask for Vanessa she’s truly the BEST!!! I needed assistance with my storage today and she was such a lovely associate! She answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful!!! If I could give a million stars , I would because she deserves it!!
