What a pleasant experience in and out in about 20 minutes great customer service with a smile very respectful and pleasant everyone smiling in the whole store. All the employees are happy. Must be getting paid well as they should be.

Brought My Wife and I’s 2018 Escape in for an oil change and battery replacement. Rickey handled everything with the upmost professionalism and answered all my questions. My Tech was Anthony and he was awesome !!! The battery change is a Pain in the A— but he made it look easy !! Car is running great !!! Its too bad we are moving from the area , I would definitely bring my vehicle back for any service it needs . Thanks Again ..

I had an issue there about 2 weeks,were the assistant manager,Joseph was no help and basically dismissed me.the manager Ricky reached out later and took care of the problem.ricky showed what good customer service is about,unlike joseph.i believe Joseph has know idea what good customer service is or what a loyal customer is.i won't be back there as long as Joseph is there and I suggest if you go and he tries to wait on you..ask for someone else

Never go here. Took 3 hrs for a oil change, left oil spots inside my truck etc. I will never go back.

This is my favorite place to take my vehicle to when I have things needed to be done, whether for routine maintenance or for other diagnoses & repairs. Joseph & Rickey always make sure I'm taken care of in a quick and efficient manner, as well as, assure that the work is done correctly. I'm always pleased with service & the work I receive any time I come here.

My only go-to for any concerns or simple maintenance. Great staff, consistent communication, and work completed in a timely manner. The managers, Joseph and Rickey, are always very helpful and ensure I am getting the best service at an affordable price. I truly appreciate their efforts and willingness to accommodate any needs in every visit.
