We stayed here mainly because of the location near the airport, and because United Airlines covered our first night and meals after our flight was canceled. The staff was friendly, the food was enjoyable, and overall the service was good. What we appreciated most were the comfortable beds. The room was also well-equipped, with a desk for working and a smart TV.
That said, the hotel itself felt a bit outdated, and there was a strange smell in the hallway. The pool area could use some maintenance too: the water didn’t look very clear, and the lack of umbrellas under the scorching Texas summer sun was disappointing.

Goods: Staff was friendly, shuttle was convenient, and its close to the airport if you end up on an unplanned layover.
Bads: Room was moldy, musty, and dirty

Would give 10 stars if I could. The wonderful Lady at reception was so accommodating at 2am when i needed a place to stay due to United Airlines not Rebooking me a flight. The interaction I had with the staff was just what I needed after an awful day! The room was amazing for the price & had everything I needed. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Ramada!!

Pictures and reviews VERY deceiving. I’ve stayed in much nicer roadside motels labeled as 1-2stars. Loudest A/C I’ve ever heard, hopefully my hearing comes back after the stay.
Although it’s a few miles from the airport…it took 30min for the shuttle to get us there and thank God we called about it because you apparently have to call to get it to the airport for pickup. You have to schedule a return to the airport but they have a 15min window so you end up in the lobby, no lt so much as coffee or a water fountain there.
Furniture was dated and almost all of it stained, especially in the lobby…and the shuttle. Pillows smelled like sweat but room otherwise was clean.
I’ve had better accommodations in 3rd world countries. Terrible stay at a rundown, overpriced hotel. Never again.
Save yourself and spend a little more for a place where you can actually get some sleep.

Not sure why all the reviews are so negative about this hotel. I was bumped off a United flight and the hotel was more than adequate : polite staff, clean rooms, good AC and comfy beds.
Only issue was their shuttle took ages to come to the airport.

My recent experience at the Ramada was unsatisfactory. Upon my late arrival, I was assigned to an incorrect room. While making my way to the room, I encountered a group of teenagers congregating in the hallway, with some appearing shirtless, which was particularly unsettling given the late hour. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff responded in a nonchalant manner, indicating they were already aware of the situation.
Subsequently, I was moved to another room that had not been cleaned properly, before finally being placed in an acceptable room. Additionally, while the shuttle service operates 24 hours, the driver exhibited reckless behavior, including tailgating, speeding, and making abrupt turns, which compromised passenger safety.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Ok. I thought I might get what I pay for, but this was worse.
The rooms are old, barely livable. Didn’t feel safe on the ground floor. They were dark and
Didn’t smell good. I couldn’t spot anything unhygienic or particularly dirty, but feel like it was there.
The “restaurant” had limited options but the food was pretty ok. There was one server/bartender, and the ambience kind of reflected the clientele, SAD.
Airport pick up was the worst experience. You have to call to get a shuttle. After being told it will be there in 20 mins, then another 10 mins, then another 20, oh they just missed you! Ended up waiting for an hour and a half and then taking an uber.
