Don't go here

Location is right next to the airport. So it can be a blessing and curse at the same time. Heavy traffic and lot of noise throughout the night.Rooms are shoddy. Still feel like puking when I think about the ironing board. NO… breakfast is not free. They charge over $10. Apparently their website has misinformation according to the staff. If you are veg or vegan absolutely no options at all for break fast. If you want anything for your room which is most probably you would, though I said 3 guests there weren’t enough towels and basic stuff in the room so prepare yourself for a trip to the lobby. And make sure to line up with the incoming traffic for at least like 30-40 mins in the line for your turn and then carry all of that 3 people worth stuff by yourself. Have a fun trip!!!

We ended up here by pure chance- the rooms... aren't bad could use some updating. However..... the restaurant was AMAZING. My salmon was perfectly cooked, my husband ordered the creole pasta- it was great. Honestly we were not expecting great food and we were happily surprised. The server who runs the front of the restaurant ran a smooth ship.I should add the service overall was great!! Everyone has been very attentive.Thank you Ramada.Food & drinks: Simply put- it was great!

To be fair, the shuttle stops at many other hotels and only comes once ever 30min from 7 to 10 am, then 1x every hour. But the hotel itself isn't that nice. It's dated, run down, moldy ceiling tiles, exposed wires, furniture is run down, broken elevator, and broken ice machine. Staff were ok, some are better then others, the pool is nice but over all this is a cheap hotel and you should not expect much other then a hopefully clean bed and working AC. $68 / night it's better then waiting in the airport.

Very noisy hotel room. Sounds like a window has been left open. I can tell I’m in the same room as the person who did a blue light on the chair from comparing stains.Rooms: Very noisy, filthy.Walkability: Nothing nearby that you can walk to

Dirty. Water came out red and brown. No cover on AC unit ( major hazard if kids were around ) moved rooms to find similar issues with water and overall cleanliness.

Not the best looking rooms, service got a 3 star because we let the front desk know the water came out orange and the ac unit did not have a filter. The other room had a covered AC but now knowing what the inside of it looks like…the water was the same in the second room. The gunk and calcium build up on the showers deterred me from using it. There’s mold smells by the water/ice machine near the shops. Overall I would not go back and would have rather been somewhere where I could have at least showered.

Horrible place, horrible service. I reserved and bought a room two nights ago, and when I showed up they refused to let me in my room because I didn’t give them $100 payment at the desk on top of the cost of the room (which was never warned about online). They refused to refund my room, or help me find a place to lay down tonight.

The property is aged, worn, furniture filthy and torn, room dirty. Colors are depressing, plaster knocked off walls and unrepaired, somebody’s hair in bathroom corners, beds utterly used up - holes, lumpy, springs so ancient they can’t decide whether to poke up or fall out the bottom. Do not recommend. PS the room smelled terrible!

I used Uber from the Houston airport and it cost $14.95 (about 150 yen per dollar).Looking at the map, I thought it would be possible to walk there, but it's not far enough to walk from the airport. The front desk was pretty standard considering the reviews, and the morning shuttle bus was about 5 minutes late.If you make a reservation the day before, there is a free 6-seater shuttle bus that runs every 15 to 30 minutes. There is also a convenience store and Burger King about 4-5 minutes walk away (very close), which I think is very convenient for airport users.

Had to stay here after we missed our connecting flight home due to airport delays. Proximity to airport is the only good thing about this place. First room they gave us had hair and contact lenses on the floor, and no hand soap. Second one was slightly better but this is a run down old motel I would not recommend it whatsoever. If you can choose a different one do yourself a favor and steer clear. Also elevators out of service

Disgusting service, you ask them to clean the rooms and they still don’t. The people in the front will look you in the face tell you they don’t know what happened. Do not waste your money.

Power kept going out- all night long- they say someone was working on something in the area. Very low water pressure, barely enough to activate shower head. Beds were great, though and room was clean.

AVOID AVOID AVOID...we got caught on a layover in Houston and were thankful United comped a room. In hindsight it was more convenient and less frustrating to spend the night in the Denver Airport than to stay at this Ramada.Beginning with the Shuttle...it took 90 mins from the time we first called to actually get to the hotel. Nothing but attitude and empty promises as we exhausted tries to get an explanation from the front desk. Their shuttles serve 5 or 6 different hotels so when one finally came there was not enough room. We ended up getting a shuttle from a competing hotel to take us. UNBELIEVABLE!Next, the first room they put us in was leaking from the ceiling. They finally gave us another room on second floor...but the elevator didn't work. Room was noisy. The only bright spot was the breakfast. The server was helpful and the cook was decent. We had the buffet. The last straw was that we found a $60 charge on our room today. When I called, the rep said he would have to look into it and before I could ask how long it would take for him to get back to me...he hung up. Don't know if I will even get a call back but we will never stay at a Ramada again unless there is no other option.

Shuttle reservations and breakfast. Beware. Both were horrible.
