I felt like a production number when I first walked in.
But as soon as Kaelyn took over.I felt like a super important customer.
She was very fantastic and very thorough. Very polite very informative, very patient and very professional. She's a picture perfect of customer service.
She walked me through the boots and sized my feet.My heels and the boot inserts for me and was very kind.
She also repairs the boots at times.
I can't say enough.
When I first walked in there, I was ready to give it to star.But when she took over there, definitely a five star.
Good job Kaelyn.
You just made that red wing store five star.

First time being here the lady was extremely helpful and very nice. She showed me what my voucher covered and helped me even when it was busy.

If you need a dependable work boot that's comfortable, this is the only place to go. The staff at this location is both friendly and knowledgeable. They even carry my size (15).

I went with my brother to buy some boots for work and was greeted with a friendly smile from Kaelyn! She very knowledgeable and helped him pick the right boots for work. Husband and I went here for new work boots for him. We loved the helpful staff and the environment. The two women at the front were extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. Very quick to help as soon as we walked in the door! 🙂 We loved Mara! She was helpful the entire time.

I got denied when I try to buy boots. Apparently cus I had exchange them before. The guy just didn’t sell them to me like what shoe store does that ?!! Worse customer service ever..

Helpful staff. Knowledgeable manager. Clean environment. Sizing station makes measurements quick a easy. Boots feel great after a two week break-in. I will be a repeat customer.

I have always wanted a pair of boots but feet have always been wide and hard to find a good size for them. The manager at this store helped me tremendously and was very kind and managed to find the perfect boot for me and I absolutely love them, this place is top tier and I will always come back whenever I need another pair.
