Had 1 item to pick up. Got here at 3:05 seen a few cars waiting . After waiting 1hr Spoked to 2 employees about item. Went inside no help. Customer services had a long line. Came back to the pick up and waited 40 more min.... Total been waiting 1hr and 40 min for a pick up. Never got my item The worst pick up ever.............

The staff is very helpful but I find it odd that for an item I purchased it was cheaper online than in the store and the store doesn't price match..ITS OWN COMPANIES PRICE!! It was like an $8 dollar difference and I don't have $8 to give to millionaires. Mr Cleveland that greats customers is wonderful and always a pleasure l.

Yesterday I went to this Walmart, which I go to nearly on a daily basis & I had the most embarrassing and heartbreaking experience of my life. I went through self check out with nearly $400 worth of items, I got to the end of my purchase only to have a rude employee named KATHY tell me that I did not ring up all of my items or the "machine" didn't. She was very rude. Because I know I'm not a thief, and because I heard every beep of the machine and saw EVERY item register, I knew this was a LIE so BEFORE she canceled my transaction and paraded me embarrassingly across the front of the store with all of my already bagged items like a thief, I wrote down the total. After enduring all of my items being re-rang up on the other side of the store the total was EXACTLY the same down to the penny! I was so hurt, embarrassed and violated that I nearly cried. To see people shaking their head as they starred & snickered was excruciating. I sought out management to complain only to find that they were completely nonchalant and even seemingly justified the scrutiny that I received for absolutely no reason. As a person who has spent thousands of dollars with Walmart & Sam's club I am appalled. It is time for a stand to be taken. The poor & all too common sub par performance of these employees in these stores need to stop! The discrimination & persecution needs to stop! That treating your customers like we are all thieves inspecting our receipts & items as you guard the doorway better than some prisons while using our money to keep your business afloat and pay these employees same employees who treat us like a burden needs to stop! You may not care Walmart but you lost a customer last night! Don't thank me, thank Kathy..

This is a terrible place for service. I came in the automotive to get a new battery. The employee told me i have to bring the battery inside the store. I bring it in then she goes back outside and gets the portable battery load tester from outside. She was no help and rude. Do not waste your time here.

So many times when I've gone to check out the prices marked on the shelf are much less than what they ring up. This is so dishonest! Probably very few people actually realize this even. The difference is as much as $.25 per item and that adds up! Frustrating.

I've been on the phone with it ringing for 5 minutes now and not a single person bothered to answer my call. I just wanna know the rules of returning this item and the lazy workers are too good to answer. I've seen what y'all do and their is no excuse because most of them sit on their butts all day

Walmart-744 1960 Atascocita. 6:45pm Today my daughter ask two different employees at different places where was the mask and both employees said they didn't know and proceeded to walked off. No extra assistance no nothing. There was only one employee that's seen her with quite a few items and offered her a basket as she passed. I wish I knew her name cause thats what customer service is about my daughter is 14yrs and she begin to smile and say she was nice.

I'll admit that I've never been much of a Walmart shopper, but I had no choice but to purchase something there due to the fact that every other store had sold out. I opted to do store pickup because of Covid. From start to finish (me pulling into a designated pickup spot, to someone bringing me my order), it took a little under 30 minutes. YES-you read that right! 30 minutes to pick up 2 items! What's crazy is that I then went directly to Target to do a drive up pickup for a couple orders I had placed there as well. They had my stuff in my car in ONE MINUTE flat. Walmart-you've got some kinks to work out of your store pickup procedure because a 30 minute wait time is unacceptable. I definitely won't be returning anytime soon. This helps me to understand why I'm a Target girl through and through!

I ordered a part for my wife's bicycle online and told that they didn't have it at my go-to Walmart (Porter, TX) so I had to go to Atascocita and get it. It's amazing how service can be so different in two different stores that are only ten miles apart. The girl that waited on me in the "pickup" area in the front had a hard time finding the back area where you pick up stuff that never made it to the front. I ordered on a Saturday, told it would be ready on a Sunday, went on a Monday, and it still wasn't upfront? I watched her slowly go to the back but only after she got on her phone first. Twenty - thirty minutes later I went to look for her or better yet I went to the lay-a-way area to pick my own item. Meanwhile, a man came up to my wife and asked her what she was waiting on and found out the girl who was pretending to help us had gone to lunch. This guy was nice and got our item and we left. If you deal with Amazon you don't have to deal with people with low IQs and attitudes .. you can deal with a machine and to me that's preferable.

Why do you people shop Walmart. 99% of there products are from China. This is for people needing work. Everytime you shop Walmart , you are putting Americans out of business. Including you looking for a job! Quit shopping Walmart! Period. Don't be stupid! Quit shopping Walmart. Just because you are uneducated you don't have to be unemployed.
