Great experience! Most relaxing relaxer appointment ever (no pun intended)! No tingling or burning at any point and the massage chair during the shampoo...😌. Best of all, the fact that I can comb my (very thick hair) with a fine tooth comb, please and thank you! P.S. the chair transforms into a full body massage, can't even explain it, so check it out for yourself.

Yes, and yes again Root Awakening is now my go to hair salon love the service especially, the halo water therapy the scalp treatment just seeing how my scalp and hair looks under a scope cool, the massage literally everything is on point my silk press superb and REMI is the best top tier over here. She definitely knows her stuff.

I had an interview coming up, I was coming out of some box braids and needed something done for my hair. I went to Remi's expecting just a press and a trim. I got so much more than that!!
The professionalism, the calming atmosphere with relaxing music and how gentle and soft spoken everyone was. It felt like walking into a spa!
There's a massage chair you can get washed in so you can drift off and leave your worries somewhere else for a little minute. It was VERY relaxing and something I hadn't seen at most other salons before.
Not only that but she has her own makeup line called Periwinkle. I got two shades! They're very hydrating and pretty. I used them for my interview.
With the hair slayed and the makeup looking good, how could I not get the job?? Oh okay!! With the help of Ms. Remi's hands! Come let her get you right too! Don't settle for service in someone's living room. You can have a relaxing environment, great customer service and a professional stylist in your head

The experience at this salon was awesome! The greeting from her assistant to the sitting in the chair for service. The atmosphere was pleasant and serene. Remy was very accommodating as well as her attendant in the salon. I would gladly advise anyone to seek out her services, you will not be disappointed!

I moved here to Humble in 2015. I took care of my hair until I found Remi’s Salon. Remi and her assistant are a very polite outgoing young women. They are very professional and have great understanding of hair types or textures. After assessing your hair they know exactly what is needed to achieve and maintain healthy hair. I feel they cares and is committed to their craft. I recommend Remi’s to everyone I know.

Love Remmie. The shampoo experience was so relaxing. You get to relax in the massage chair, offered a blanket , and a complementary drink. She was gentle with my natural hair.My twist out came out fabulous. She was so professional.So kind.I highly recommend. Give this salon a try you will not regret it. 10/10.
