I just purchases a 2023 Nissan Kicks - I am a United States Air Force Veteran & I am currently in Civil Service to the Federal Government of the USA - I was treated with respect & all staff members I worked with were nothing short of outstanding/excellent. Especially Damien Arias. Thank you & I will refer all stakeholders I interacted with to family & friends in this area and other states aswell.

The person I worked with was Erik over in the services/maintenance dpt. He's always kind & very fluent in explaining the process. He's a good dude & always have a good spirit. The cashier is sweet as well. I have no problems with coming here for service. No horror stories like I hear at other dealerships.

Robbins Nissan was our third stop after visiting two other dealerships and you know what they say,” third time is the charm”. My wife and I had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, Daniel Elizondo met and greeted us warmly. He listened carefully and understood our needs. Daniel and his manager, Mark Jackson, saw that we were in need of a new vehicle and we weren’t going to leave empty handed. They both worked together to make sure we were satisfied with the vehicle and the price. With today’s market/economy, it’s very difficult to find the perfect vehicle at the right price. Daniel and Mark made it happen. Along the way, their finance manager, Tyler Miller, made the paperwork process so much easier to close. We weren’t hassled to get extra insurance or other add on fees. He was very fast and professional. Overall we are very satisfied with their service. We will highly recommend Robbins Nissan to our friends and family.

I arrived to my appointment early and was greeted by my technician. Carlos made sure that my car was checked and I got exactly what I needed done. He explained my options thoroughly and was able to offer me the pay over time option. My car was checked and repaired timely. I am satisfied with the work. My issues were resolved.

Worst Experience as a Loyal Costumer.I have a Nissan Rogue that I purchased at this dealership, I have serviced my SUV here all the time. Today I wanted to buy a new one and trade my current one. To my surprise they valued my trade $5,000 less than other two Nissan dealerships from the Houston area. On the SUV that I was trading, I had purchased the Advantage Plan that has some benefits and one of those is giving you $1,000 more on your trade. Robbins Nissan also prides of helping teachers in this area and they give $500 discount to teachers. Well after explaining I had those two benefits before getting my appraisal they came with that ridiculous offer. I complained about that, and the manager was trying to make it up to me. I was so disappointed on how they played the trade value on my car that I didn't feel comfortable anymore on giving my business to them. BE AWARE of this and don't buy any advantage plan because it is not worth it. This dealership does not care about their loyal customers.

Seriously, my family jokes that I am a professional car buyer. I love cars and love getting different ones. That being said,I’ve probably bought 30+ in my lifetime thus far; so I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING! I can’t stand used car salesmen, their scripted tactics, the un-authentic small talk, and sleaze! In all my years, I only had ONE amazing experience at a BMW dealership, UNTIL 9/1/23 at Robbins Nissan; and specifically with April, Charles Jefferson, Richard, and Parker!!! This shall truly be the one car purchase that goes down in history and I hope everyone else can feel this too!! For starters, I found a car online and April hit me back with easy talk and no pressure conversation. She answered all my questions and even got back to me quickly on some very specific ones I needed before making the hour trek and waste my time! As soon as I was comfortable, I came in and was met by Charles Jefferson. From the start, Charles became a friend and not a salesman. He was 100% concerned about my needs first and NOT his commission. Through it all I discovered a common bond in Jesus; but he never used it as a sales tactic. Charles just walks it out in his life, which spills over into everyone and everything he encounters! Next, I had concerns but loved the vehicle. After much talk, I met the manager Richard who accommodated my every need with grace and kindness. Again, he saw and heard my concerns first and not the sale. Lastly, the deal came together and I finished with Parker in finance. Honestly, this is the place where so many bait and switch promises happen and I usually walk out…. NOPE! These guys were honest, polite, accommodating, concerned and went above and beyond until the last guy! This place called Robbins Nissan more felt like I walked into a family home! If you are looking for your next car…. Make the stop or make the drive!! 100% worth every minute. Oh, and by the way, before I landed here, I honestly walked out of 12 dealerships in the days prior because of poor customer care, disingenuous sales tactics and conversation, and of course LYING! You won’t get that at Robbins NISSAN!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND AMAZING PEOPLE!!

It was great! I had Daniel helping me & he was the best. He made sure I got a car even if it wasn’t from him! Highly recommend going to see him, will definitely try to use him again!

Daniel was easy to work with. He was extremely professional, attentive, and basically everything you need so you don’t cry when you’re buying a car. It became a fun experience because he listened & understood our needs. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. There can only be one & he definitely was the one.

Had a great experience at robbins nissan went just accepting just to be turned away like so of the other car dealership we visited this year this time was different Charles welcome us with open arms went listen to our teams and everything let us have space to talk about it even trade in our Sorento in for our 2017 nissan armada which is a very wonderful vehicle did have one issue with it but with Charles and Richard help it was taken care of I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family

My service advisor Edwin kept me informed of what was going on from start to finish. Made sure things were done to my satisfaction and done correctly. Excellent customer service is what I like and the service provided by this young man was the best ever received. He deserves a raise, lead advisor or something.

Very positive experience. They (Cam; Leo; everyone, from the lady at the desk, the manager, the finance guy) made the whole process easy and feel like a breath of fresh air, compared to earlier car buying experience's.They really understood our situation, budget and preferences and made it all happen.

I purchased a vehicle July, 2, 2023 and was told by multiple people there at the dealership that if I were to finance it for 45 days, there would be nothing added to the total of the purchase price. Less than 30 days from then and they are wanting to charge me $459 above the cost of the vehicle that was agreed upon . Don’t listen to a word they tell you there!!

I went to Robbins Nissan to get an oil change and was expecting to be there for hours. As soon as I arrived at the service center I was greeted by members of the service team. Then I was helped by Fernando Martinez. I have to say I was really impressed with Fernando’s professionalism and his awesome customer service. Fernando would update me on the status of my vehicle and ensured that I was taken care of. Definitely had a great experience and will definitely be going back. The service team and Fernando did an exceptional job.

Robbins Nissan goes above & beyond. Special shout out to Wendy, Angel & Cameron Scanlin. They went through every possibility for me, so that I could leave there with a car that I loved. They also kept a great, smooth, professional, & easy going atmosphere the entire time. They definitely don’t disappoint. Thank you again for all you that you guys do!
